It Is the best hotel in Rimini i have been coming here for 50 years and It Is the First time i have been treated well if you want a quiet Place to stay at a good price then. I recomend this hotel It Is in the center. Anne power

If i could put zero I would.
Booked in July, I have been in touch with them several time before my arrival to make sure that everything was ok. The day of the check-in they text me to ask me at what time I will arrive at the hotel and I answered. After 2 hours I received an automatic message from booking.com saying that the reservation was cancelled.
I was about to take the plane, I called the hotel and I just realised that the level of unprofessionalism there goes beyond the imaginable.
Do a favour to yourself, don't book this place.

Lovely hotel bang on right in the center of the old town. Nice comfortable hotel room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Close to the rail station and bus connections which will easily take you to the beach front. I’d particularly advise staying here if you’re attending a conference at the Palacongressi as it’s only a 15-20 min walk thru a nice park.

It was a nice hotel in the historic center of Rimini.
The staff is friendly and everything was cleaned.
The included breakfast is at the bar next to the hotel - not so good

Wide spacious rooms-apartments are furnished with the latest smart design.
Personnel is kindly helpful and the included large and various tasty breakfast is served where the next door coffee is.
It felt like to be at home in this three stars superior hotel featuring as little as eight rooms and situated right in the city centre of Rimini, at Tre Martiri square.

Almost good
I arrived and the ac wasn't working, as somebody from Scotland this was tough. It worked well enough to tell me my room was 29.4 degrees, but didn't do any cooling. It was fixed after a very sweaty night, but was so low powered the room only cooled by around 0.5 each day. So after a week it was still 24 degrees.
The reception is not 24 hours. The staff are rarely there and they speak almost no English.
The wifi code they give you is wrong.
The room is huge, but basic.
I would not come back.
The location is good. The price would be good, if they fixed some of the issues.

Hotel conveniently located right in the corner of the main square. Room was spacious and clean. Roberto, the guy at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful and gentle.
