Spring in Rimini

The hotel location is good, close to the beach. The best way to get to the center is by Lime bike. The hotel looks modern from the outside and inside, there is a nice seating area in front of the hotel.
The room was okay, but we missed a mini fridge. The room was cleaned every day, the room was clean and the equipment was functional.
The breakfast included a lot of pastries, cheese, ham, eggs and pastries, it was sufficient.

Lovely family run hotel about 100 metres from the beach, very friendly staff, with a small bar and plenty of seating outside.

Nice breakfast buffet.

I loved our room, it wasn't large but good enough for us, clean and well maintained, with bathroom and a lovely small balcony.

I had two very small gripes, firstly it said free parking, which of course it was, but with only five spaces actually on the hotel property, meaning parking outside on the road or in the nearby free car park. Not a massive problem, although I didn't like the nearby car park so parked my car outside the hotel when possible.

The second gripe was the price of the drinks, I think I paid €4 each for Limoncello, which I felt was quite expensive.

That said all in all I loved our stay at the Spring hotel, and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The standard is ok.
The roomes are nice and clean.
The view from the balcony is very good.
But what can't be bought with money is the atmosphere, which is worth much more than 5 stars.
It's not a mainstream hotel where all is white and staff in uniform.
It feels like you are invited in to the home of the people that works there, it's all nice and cozy.
The staff are so friendly and smiles, not a thin you can expect every were...

And don't forget to ask for dinner, the host makes a beautiful table and makes a super dinner, and not expensive at all.
For 3 people we paid approx 20€ more than we paid for pizza by the beach, and at the hotel we got 2 dishes with wine/coke/water and coffe...

The only 2 regrets we have is:
1. We only booked 3 days here.
2. We only found out the last night about the dinner arrangement...

Definitely a visit worth!

Great hotel - right in front of the beach, very clean, great variety of food for breakfast, pet friendly, and with a wonderfully kind and attentive owner. We enjoyed our stay here and will come back once more. As a bonus for electric cars owners - there is a public electric charger right in front of the hotel

As one drawback - the area has quite some mosquitoes, so take a good repellent. It’s not related to the hotel itself as the guys try to manage it by offering repellents and electric vaporizers, however, some mosquito window and door nets might be a good investment.

Amazing host. They where helpfull in any time for anything. Location a little bit far away from the center and bars/club but nice restaurant are nearby.
The view from the room 25 is really nice.
Breakfast is 7/10 and good thing is that they serve breakfast from 7:30-11:00.
I recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic , literally 4 minutes walk to the beach / sea. The hotel itself is very stylish , Def not your generic modern hotel as you can see from the pictures. The rooms are rather small but have everything you need, very comfy bed, had a lovely nights sleep. The air con is fantastic in the room, very quiet unlike some others I have come across. The bathroom is small but clean, it has a sink, shower and bidet. The view from the balcony is of the sea, at a slight angle but you can see it (room 14). The WiFi in the room is a bit hit n miss but it is available and it's free. The breakfast was included in the price and there are options to suit most people as you can see from the pictures, toast, omlette, booked eggs, cheese, croissants, lots of desserts, fresh fruit, yogurt , and you can ask the friendly waiter waitress for a fresh coffee and they make it in one of those stylish , gleaming chrome machines , and I can say the cappuccino was delicious , infect I had two :) Parking on site is free but is limited to about 5 cars, but there is parking available on the street just outside the hotel. The area seems very safe so I'm sure if you parked your car overnight it'd be fine , as always don't leave any valuables in sight. Lots of Amenities v close by , reasurants, gelataria's, coffee places. On the beach you can rent a parasol and 2 sunbeds for €24 per day. Or you can opt for just a sun bed for €6 euro a day. These sunbeds have a "sun visor" so you can protect your face whilst basking in the sun. The beach itself is very wide and sandy, no rocks here. Very shallow sea for about 20-30 metres out, there are rocky areas created to prevent big waves , thus creating a gentle area to swim/paddle in. Went here in the evening without a reservation and we were warmly welcomed. Nice location near the beach. Breakfast was really good and rooms were clean. Thanks for the nice last minute stay!

Perfect location, the staff very helpful and for thé breakfast u gave à big choice of housse made pastery 👌.

Clean and comfortable, everyone is very friendly, very close to the bus station, and it has the best breakfast bar!
