Alisei Palace Hotel in Rimini

Very friendly staff. Breakfast adequate but not exceptional. Parking is limited and tight to maneuver but we got an excellent spot for our stay. Not a 4 star hotel but then again I’ve stayed in many 3/4 star hotels in Italy and surprised and sometimes shocked by the variance in quality and standard for 4 star hotel. I would rate it a 3.5 star hotel. It’s clean, bathroom modern, rooms bright with big windows. Although the walls were a little dirty and scuffed. Skirting boards were falling off on 3 walls. So lacked a little bit of maintenance but not nothing really bad. Cleaning service good. Location is all about the beach nothing else. Cost is competitive and overall worth a stay.

Great Room

I have bene here for a couple of nights during a motorbike tour. I selected it because of the garage for moto and the good rating. But the experience has bet the expectations because the kindness and the organization of the management was top. Any request was satisfied with smile and readiness. And everything was clear since the beginning (what included, what not). The position is ideal for walking, beach and shopping. No noisy in the night. To be recommended

I stayed for two nights in this hotel on the seafront in Rimini. Amazing location. Quiet environment. Bright, spacious, clean room. Rich and varied breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Fair price. Worth returning and recommending.

For New Year's Eve, modern, clean and warm, very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory! Very kind staff and always available internal parking and very close to the sea metro and line 11!!! Top in everything! They also have a spa which we didn't use. Thank you

In the company of a friend we have the habit of spending a relaxing week in Rimini, this year we found a good offer for this hotel and tried it. I immediately had a great time, all the girls at reception (Eleonora, Ania and Elisa) are really kind, lately it's difficult even in Romagna to find a smile and a greeting... they are special and this in itself is top marks. The hotel is beautiful, recently renovated, clean, spacious and very quiet rooms, a nice bathroom, the beach a stone's throw away, the dining room with a beautiful window, the swimming pool and a nice car park (we didn't have a car) . The best, however, was the cuisine... We didn't meet Chef Ernesto, but with full board you can really eat everything and it's cooked very well, never heavy. The appetizer buffet is sold out, but although we always arrived last, there was something and in any case we ate more than enough. There is also a wide availability of vegetables, fruit and sweets. A round of applause to the dining room staff, elegant, precise, tidy, attentive (a little heart to the Peruvian-Romagna girl who is really cute). At breakfast there is everything with continuous refills. Excellent quality of brioches and cured meats too, something not for everyone. What did we miss? Having the beach included (however, there is an agreement with a discount and in any case in Rimini this is not a problem) and bicycles available. I would have added, but this is also a plus, a free bottle of water in the room, maybe every day... but it's really a plus. I had a really good time, I will recommend this hotel and who knows... maybe we'll see each other again soon!

From the welcome to the end of the stay we noted a magnificent welcome and treatment. Comfortable environment, elegant design, excellent attention to customer needs. Impeccable service and professionalism. Special thanks to chef Ernesto for his creativity, professionalism and excellent presentation of the dishes. We have recommended this place to other people and they have raved about it. I highly recommend this hotel and give top marks for service, professionalism and genuine ability to look after customers. Hotel in an excellent seafront location. Modern structure. Clean and well soundproofed rooms. The view from the sea-facing rooms is wonderful but also excellent from the side rooms. Parking inside the hotel and possibility of garage. Swimming pool in front of the hotel. Well-equipped beach in front of the hotel. Exquisite staff, from the cleaning ladies on the floors, to the waiters in the restaurant, to the reception: all kind, always smiling and very helpful…. A special thanks to Anja and Eleonora at the reception, who tried in every way to help us and solve any problem and provide any information.

We flew into Bologna and took train to Rimini. Outside Rimini station to the left we got on the MareMetro which is a trolley bus. Just two stops and we were at Pescoli stop. 10 minute walk from here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Request for extra pillows were taken care of. Rooms were spacious and we had a view of the beach. Breakfast which was included gave a good choice of food and coffee/tea was available. It was my birthday on our second day and at breakfast I was presented with a mini cake and candle. A lovely thought.
