Hotel Boom in Rimini

Unbelievably unhelpful staff, especially the male owner who was extremely agressive and hostile when we tried to get the correct highchair for our baby in the dining room. He basically verbally attacked my husband. Little to no facilties for children. One small baby playhouse outside. Smoking permitted in balconies, which is a huge fire hazard. Loud generator noise, our room was close to the kitchen. One small and slow lift. Reception very outdated. Very poor beach facility - unhelpful staff, no cafe/bar, only one shower, nowhere to hang clothes at the shower (again not welcoming or planned with children or families in mind), not cleaned at night and no pedalboat or other rental available.

The structure looks good on the outside, but on the inside you are not greeted by the distracted reception staff and superficial treatment listless. The very nice room with balcony but poor quality bed good cleanliness. But the worst part is the restaurant service starting from the rude and annoying room staff especially the female staff who at every request indisposed, distracted by mobile phones we say that you do not feel in holiday .. starting from the poor breakfast and poorly supplied similar cakes stuffed badly, the restaurant service bad dishes of poor quality and flavor. the table always with the same dirty tablecloth, among other things, disposable. I found only in the professnalita owners and from the gentleman Alessandro who works the night in reception who advised us places and premises to try available for any request ... on the last day the worst of all the staff had already removed the table assigned for the holiday we spent in embarrassment believing that it was not due to us at the time to go the staff did not greet us or thank us ... ps take a good look before spending good money there are other much more welcoming hotels,
