Hotel Marina Bay in Rimini

Never again at the Marina Bay Hotel.
I had booked for August, but then my girlfriend didn't get her vacation. I contacted them more than a month in advance, explaining everything, and they told me the reservation could be moved within the year.
I, very politely, asked if they could do me the courtesy of postponing it to the following year, since I had no other options.
"Sure, no problem!" — they said.
Too bad everyone disappeared from that moment on. No email, no confirmation, nothing at all. I called in July, August, and September, always the same story: "Yes, yes, we'll postpone everything" — and then nothing.

In short, lots of promises, zero action, but they took the money right away.
This isn't a mix-up, it's a total lack of seriousness.
A serious hotel solves problems, it doesn't waste time until the customer gets fed up.
Behavior like this is a complete and utter mockery.
I will never stay there again, and I advise against it to anyone who wants to be treated with even a modicum of respect.

Terrible. None of the services advertised on the website. Poor and sparse food, unclean and tiny rooms, air conditioning operated by hotel staff, no safe, no in-room telephone, stained tablecloths upon arrival, and then I'll stop here. Avoid anyway.
