The owner Stefano is a breath of fresh air and the most accommodating host. His kindness and generosity made my experience in Fiumicino beautiful. Plentiful hygiene amenities, complimentary pastries, fruit and coffee, and the place itself was beautiful and homely. It is also a 20 min walk from the beautiful Papaya beach! This was an excellent surprise! We needed something near the airport for an early AM flight. There were 3 of us so a really expensive hotel next to the airport was out of the question. I found this inn on the internet. It was terrific and clean. the owner and his wife are delightful. They seem to relish being hosts. We would definitely stay here again..

When will this place be finished and assistance for tourists be available!!!! There should be assistance walking around and on hand. For goodness sake it is Rome not Some third world country

Quite a few bad reviews need to be ignored. We had a good time there. The cabin was clean and tidy, shower was hot and always worked. Mosquitos are a problem but buy a repellent from the onsite store and burn them as described, then we had very few mosquitos. Great amenities for the price and close proximity to the beach.

We have a UK 6.5m caravan and stayed on a pitch with electricity. The camp is really nice and only about 25% of the pitches were occupied which was great - the pitches are big and we had no neighbours. There are some trees and hedge plantings for shade. Overall this site is ok but there are some real hidden costs you should consider. Accommodation- go for premium the outside space is great with a sofa all other lodges just come with basic outside table and half sun coverage and the heat was brutal. This is a great spot to stay when you have an early flight out of FCO. The mattress was comfortable, the room was clean, there's a small fridge, and our room had a terrace. It was an easy walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants.

The room I booked is a bit small, just right for one person. The bosses are a couple, and they are very nice. We had a very pleasant stay at their home, and there are also some historic sites and museums to visit nearby.

Overall it's average, the hot water is not easy to use, there was no hot water in the middle of the first night, so I couldn't take a shower. The shower hardware is also average, the water output is very small, I can only say that it's barely ok to stay here

The place was lovely. We got there late and enjoyed a wonderful swim in their lovely pool. The owner gave us a ride to the airport the next day. The owner was kind and helpful and interesting to speak with.

It's OK if you just need a place for the night. The place is very close to FCO and very clean. Getting in is an intresting experience (ring, get buzzed in, find a lockbox, enter code, get a set of keys for 3 doors.) The room is very simple with very basic (thin) mattress and bedding. The bathroom is large for European standards but has no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower. It is also very clean...

Lovely place and easy to access but very noisy and I couldn’t make the air conditioner stay on at night so was far too hot. Also the remote control had no batteries so couldn’t watch Netflix.

Very good communication with hotel. Located near sea. Shops and restaurant nearby as well. Room was clean and well equiped with bathroom and kitchen. Check in and out was smooth. We got bottled water, snacks and coffee for breakfast. TV and AC as well.

Our host met us, was very friendly and gave us some great directions for how to get around the area and to find our bus to Rome the next morning. Room was clean. We had water, yogurt, cereal, tea, coffee and juice for breakfast. Bathroom was clean.

Very clean, small, modern looking BNB. Great water pressure in the shower. Loren speaks fluent English and was very helpful. He seemed to be a genuinely nuce guy. Driver to the airport (20eu) was friendly and fast. The room was small, but had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.
