We stayed here our first night in italy since we landed late and didnt want to hit rome. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The shuttle was easy and the room was perfect with a grear view of the ocean. We plan to stay again on our last night!

Not all superior rooms are created equal, the one in the photo is not representative as some of them are too small and dark but very clean. Nice toiletries, good breakfast. Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Manager Jan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I liked that it was across the street from the beach. The staff at front desk was friendly. This property and surrounding properties are old and could have been up kept a little better. The room was a bit stuffy. The bath room shower is extremely small. It was difficult to bend over to wash feet. The shower area could have been a little cleaner.

We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". The rooms are nicely decorated, but could use a new coat of paint.At first glance, well cleaned, maybe the window should be cleaned...The bathroom.....well.... Excellent location, exceptional staff. Given our very early departure, we weren't able to enjoy breakfast. However, the super-friendly staff prepared a breakfast basket for us and our baby. I'm giving it 4 stars because we weren't able to take advantage of all the amenities offered. We'll definitely return.

The location in Ostia is very good. The facilities are very good. The front desk staff at night/early morning were very friendly, as was the one who was there when we arrived around noon. The best thing about the hotel was the maintenance man. We had a problem with a door, and he resolved it quickly. I recommend the hotel for its value. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, about €35 by taxi.

This is a small villa hotel located in the suburbs of Rome. It has beautiful scenery, pleasant courtyards with green trees, flowers and swimming pools. The front desk is run by an old lady who is meticulous and kind. The managers are all middle-aged ladies, friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the interior is antique.
