We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

The room, a spacious quadruple room with beds in two rooms, with a bathroom and common entrance to other rooms, was clean, comfortable with air conditioning, 2 TVs (one per room), WiFi and even a kitchenette. The property does not offer breakfast, but is above a Sale e Tabacchi Bar which unfortunately is closed for holidays in August and an open restaurant.
