The location is indeed excellent, with a direct walkway to the boarding hall. However, the hotel is old, and the service is almost non-existent.
The hotel is newly renovated, the deluxe room we booked was nicely designed. However, strangely the bathroom was somewhat left with the old design. Best about the hotel is the connecting bridge that leads directly to T1 & T3 of the airport, where we needed only 10 mins to walk to T1. We planned to stay here because we had an early morning flight, and we wanted to be at the airport 2.5 hours before...
As far as airport hotels go this is good. Very expensive beer was my main negative.
I have been staying to this hotel for work for over 15years and for over 15 years I had the pleasure to experience the attentiveness and kindness of every single staff member.
In particular I would like to thank Alina who is the breakfast hall attendant who is the kindest lady of the hotel. She wellcomes her guests as if they were coming to her own house, she has a genuine smile and a kind and gentle...
I feel like the Queen of England after my fabulous BATH! After two weeks of backpacking our way throughout Europe (and tiny shower stalls), we opted for our last night stay at the Hilton FCO since we are flying back to the states the next morning. At first, we were a little apprehensive because of previous reviews. However, we stayed on the fifth floor (which is an executive level) and our room is...

Free shuttle from FCO airport. More affordable than original Hilton cheaper about 50%. So Actually worth the money.

The hotel is a bit run down. It's fine for an overnight layover. It's really more like a 3-star Italian hotel, at best.
The location was excellent — very close to the airport and extremely convenient. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, 24/7, which made getting to and from the airport super easy for us. Perfect for travelers with early or late flights!
Last minute booking due to British Airways cockup. Very clean and comfortable room and hotel, convenient for the airport. Front desk very helpful.
Overall is reasonable if you need airport transfers. Other than that, interior of hotel eg reception and room is old though functioning well.

It was okay, though the air conditioning only had heating and no cooling, but it wasn't a big issue.
Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.
The room was not able to be cooled and was like sleeping in an oven.
Well located hotel close to the Fiumicino airport with convenient (extra cost) shuttle service.
Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, but only one working plug in the room. Decent and well priced breakfast (paid at time of booking), which very conveniently starts at 6:00 AM, which is great if you are traveling early that day.
On the negative side, there was no way you can bypass the steps going to the elevators...
The staff at the reception were extremely kind, always smiling and ready to help.
The room itself was very cozy, with a large comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and the room had a hair dryer, plenty of towels, tea, coffee, a kettle, and even small complimentary sets with a toothbrush, makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, and other useful items, which was a very nice touch.
The breakfasts were delicious...
I want to give it 4 stars, but I can't.
The staff is proficient, kind and welcoming everywhere and the breakfast is pretty good, but rooms need further improvement and modernization.
My most significant issues were with the heating and the window blinds. Now, in late December, I have found myself shaking from cold in the morning under the thin blanket, even though I set the heating to the maximum temperature...

Our first night in Italy was spent at this hotel near the airport. Despite its proximity, it was surprisingly quiet. The triple room was a bit small, but breakfast started at 6 AM with a great variety of options. It's an excellent hotel for a layover and definitely worth considering.
Nice little hotel that's near to Fiumicino airport. There's bus stop just outside the hotel to get to ostia town..
This hotel is amazing. It comes with a shuttle to the airport. Please make sure you download the map and ask how to locate the shuttle.
Check in was very easy. The room is wonderful and comfortable. It’s also very quiet.
The food is delicious as well. The coffee is fresh. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
Thank you again. I appreciate it.
Good location if needing to stay near the airport
Great breakfast
Shuttle was expensive with hidden taxes when you could use public transport to be dropped outside of hotel
Pool is clean
AC didn’t work in two rooms (we booked 2 rooms)
Wonderful stay at the hotel - professional staff at the reception desk and check in was seamless. Hotel is very impressive and beautiful grounds . Good spread for breakfast and it was really value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel . We stayed for one night to catch an early flight out of Rome so proximity to the airport was really convenient. T
Even though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle service at this time and it was not easy to get a taxi.
Personally I find 7€ per person for a 5 minute shuttle...

Front desk staff, especially Marco, were wonderful and the restaurant was excellent. In particular Giulio and Martina, as well as the food.
The reason I didn't give it an excellent rating was simply that the shower had a broken part and the hook for the shower head was loose it was very difficult to use. Otherwise although small, the room was fine for a short night and as I said everyone we came in...
The food at the restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinners.
The shower room is a bit too small and unable to switch to the shower head instead of having the rain. But overall still a good experience
Very close to the airport only €8 using the hotel transfer, the room was very clean and nice and the hotel had a nice swimming pool.
Dinner was good and reasonably priced.
I had a late flight, so wanted to have the convenience of staying nearby the airport. Hotel also provides a shuttle service to airport which was a bonus.
Stayed for the night since I had a late flight followed an early morning connecting flight. Close to the airport with shuttle service. Room was nice and the breakfast was also very good.

This is my second time visiting QC Terme, it’s literally my favorite spa. We had a reservation but arrived at the wrong time, yet the staff were so kind to reschedule and immediately let us in. We basically went for stargazing, and it was such a wonderful experience ✨ I definitely want to come back 🤍
QC Terme Roma is a true oasis of relaxation.
A luxurious thermal spa surrounded by nature🍀🌿🌳🌲, offering beautifully designed pools, saunas, and tranquil relaxation areas. The perfect escape to unwind and recharge just outside Rome. Highly recommended.
The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms were gross. The bathtub was not clean, the light switches had brown/ orange dirty fingerprints all over them.
The bathtub had no shower curtain so water got everywhere. The staff at the check-in desk was great and spoke English well, however, the other staff did not and it was hard to communicate our needs. The spa area is very nice, however, there was not one...

Customer service is good and the hotels close proximity to FCO is great for late arriving flights or early departures. Rooms were a little outdated however perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel shuttle is easy to use at a cost of €7 per person.
It does cost additional to use the fitness and wellness facilities.
Staying at Hotel Tiber was a genuinely great experience.
The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the sea and still well connected to Rome and the airport. The views are amazing, particularly from the upper floors and rooftop, and they really add something special to the stay.
The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well laid out, which is not always easy to find in Rome...
We loved this hotel! The airport shuttle was easy and extremely punctual. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the view (and the service) at the rooftop bar. I booked this hotel to due to its proximity to the airport, but we really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in too. We stayed in 4 different lodgings during our time in Italy and this one was our favorite.
The location is excellent, right in the T3 arrival area of the airport. The hotel shuttle bus stop is right by Gate 4. I didn't know the shuttle schedule before, and it got really cold later, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which cost 35 Euros. So, it's a good idea to check the shuttle schedule beforehand for convenience.
Good for an overnight airport connection hotel. My gripe was that there was no coffee maker or electric kettle, one had to go to the lobby and figure it out. And 2 pillows on the big bed. Both are pretty minor, really. Their shuttle at the airport is on a big lane with other hotels, stand at the #3 spot. They arrange a departure shuttle for you at check in.
Hotel Tiber is our go-to last night in Italy stop. It has always been clean, comfortable and convenient with excellent airport shuttle service.
Can always count on great service from the staff.
We appreciate the excellent choice of restaurants in the area and the rooftop bar to savor our last Italian sunsets.
Looking forward to our next vacation. Best, Daniel and Linda Shanks

We had a great experience here. We booked a last minute room and due to a late flight into Rome, we had to check in at 2am. A staff member was at the desk at that time to greet us and check us in. The room was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Just FYI we found it very expensive to taxi to here from the airport considering how close it is.
We loved this hotel. Very clean and modern only stayed for the day before our flight. Shortish walk to beach and restaurants. Close to little supermarket. Great to relax
Used for airport transfer, good service and high cost performance.
The room is spacious, but the equipment is a bit old
I stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport Hotel for one night on August 11, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The hotel is very convenient for travelers with early flights, thanks to its strategic location near the terminal. Although some of the moving walkways leading to the airport were out of service, which made the walk with several suitcases a bit tiring, this is not the hotel’s fault, and...

Beautiful upscale property, staff accommodating and friendly. we received a welcome drink with crackers. Breakfast buffet was high quality, with a variety of delicious food and coffee style of your choice.
A shuttle was available to and from the airport (15 min drive) which was very convenient. I would give this spot a 5 out of 5.
We enjoyed our stay. It is in a quiet location, rarely heard airplanes. Watching the boats go by is very peaceful. The room we had was a generous size. It was clean. This place is cute and convenient with reasonable rates for a trip to Rome or cruises leaving from the Civitevechia port. We enjoyed our stay ats Porto Di Claudio. Only needed it one night as we flew out in the am but it met our needs for a nice place to stay before departure. We only stayed there one night. We asked for ice for a hurt knee but the machine had been turned off. We had to find a convenience store blocks away for ice. This hotel is perfect for a weekend at the beach but not the most convenient for trips into Rome. This is not a fault of the hotel, but my own problem as I should have researched it better. The room was clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The receptionist was very helpful, assisting with arranging and recommending shuttle buses, and even lending us European power outlets. A highly recommended 5-star experience for a layover at the airport.
Service: The staff were very friendly and even helped with my luggage.
Location and Transportation: I called from the airport for help on how to get to the hotel, and they recommended a taxi. They later found out I hadn't booked airport pickup in advance; it was €20 cash one way (€22 by card) for 1-2 people. I took a taxi from the airport, a 4-minute ride, for €35.

The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. As it was my first time there, I requested pickup via email through several channels, but received no response. So, I had a hard time finding my way from the airport to the hotel, and I ended up taking an Uber, which ended up costing more than the pickup fee. Trip.com also said the local fare was 6 euros, but I was actually charged 9 euros, which was disappointing
Very nice hotel. Close to the airport, pick-up service is timely. Although the transfer costs 20 euros per trip, the room rate is relatively cheap. There is a 3 Euro tax required upon arrival. Transit accommodation is very suitable.
In terms of its location, it’s not the best choice; yet, economically speaking, it worths what’s you’ve paid for. We used the Sleep and go hotel as exactly described. We had a very early flight from Fumenchino so we were only there for a short time. However it was perfect for this purpose and the hotel happily arranged a taxi for us. The taxi arrived on time even though this was at 3:30 am. The outside communal areas are great and the area has a supermarket and a nice pizza place.

There was a lot of back and forth, but I finally managed to get into the hotel that night without much trouble (despite detailed instructions, I tried to break into a neighboring hotel). An overnight stay costs 25 euros, a daytime stay 15.

It is having 6 rooms but very well maintained. Joy is managed this property and excellent service oriented person. Very helpful. Rooms are clean and good Lenin. Clean towels. Location is simply superb very close to beach 100mtrs . So many seafood restaurants nearby. Close to airport. Ask them 20eur for airport shuttle service.
The hotel is convenient for one night as it's close to the airport. It's in a good location, albeit located on a crummy street, as there are many restaurants within a 5-10:00 walk. The photos greatly exaggerate the appeal of the hotel although the staff is very nice and arranged a 7am ride to the airport for us. All in all, quiet and comfortable but more in line with a 2 star rating.

For a one night stay, it was ok
Longer than that would be problematic as I had basically a room with a bed and no shelves to put items on, neither in the bedroom nor, bizarrely, in the bathroom
The "welcome drink" was a bottle of water so as cheap as it gets
It is close to the airport - a 90 minute walk or the shuttle bus at €10
It is called a hotel but it has no facilities other than the room to sleep...
Staff was very helpful. My housekeeper Marina went out of her way to help me on my first stay in Italy.
The front desk manager Oscar was extremely helpful. The location was good whether you want to be near the beach or the airport. On the negative side, the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. It was extremely small and honestly smelled a little moldy.
Perfect for a night's rest before flight back to US.
taxi from airport would not take credit card. Had to pay with lastbof my €s.
Next morning shuttle would not accept credit card either.
However driver was able to arrange payment by calling his office. Bery much appreciated.
Nice hotel nice breakfast they helped even I come late and close to airport but
It's actually a homestay, but it's inappropriate to package it as a hotel: the check-in time is set at 4 pm, which is unreasonable; the rooms, bathrooms, and toilets are very narrow, and the entire dormitory is managed by almost one person, while the price is ridiculously high. It's the worst time I've been cheated.

The owner Stefano is a breath of fresh air and the most accommodating host. His kindness and generosity made my experience in Fiumicino beautiful. Plentiful hygiene amenities, complimentary pastries, fruit and coffee, and the place itself was beautiful and homely.
It is also a 20 min walk from the beautiful Papaya beach!
Grazie mille signore Stefano!
Great Service. The owner is always availabel and nice. Decent rooms too.👍👍
This was an excellent surprise! We needed something near the airport for an early AM flight. There were 3 of us so a really expensive hotel next to the airport was out of the question. I found this inn on the internet. It was terrific and clean. the owner and his wife are delightful. They seem to relish being hosts. We would definitely stay here again..
When will this place be finished and assistance for tourists be available!!!!
There should be assistance walking around and on hand. For goodness sake it is Rome not Some third world country
