B&B Le Meduse in Fiumicino

Staff was very rude, especially the owner. Room was maybe clean but the door didn't lock, above the door there was a giant hole in the wall. The air conditioning didn't work for most of the time and if it did, it smelled really bad (there was mild under, on the wall). They charged us extra 20€ for nothing and the cleaning lady didn't even show up to change bedsheets and towels (receptionist told us that she will come every 3 days to do that) Overall I don't recommend that place.

With full conviction we declare that it was the most uncomfortable vacation in our life. We were so dissatisfied that emotions are still boiling. To begin with, upon arrival we were shown a room where we will live for 7 days, the room was located behind a partition that separated the office - dining room, measuring 2.8 meters by 3.8 meters, the total area of ​​10.5 square meters is approximately 118 square feet, which in 2 times less than the 205 square feet we paid for. There really fit a bed and two small bedside tables at the edges. No fridge. The doors, both to the room and to the toilet, did not fully open, clinging to the floor. The plumbing did not work properly, the shower head was so clogged with calcium that it did not let water through, when asked to solve the problem, the manager gave us a needle to clean the holes, we had to go to the store for an anti-calcium liquid. All sounds passed from the office directly into the room, as if there were no walls and we were involuntary listeners of all negotiations, sound attacks began at 6 in the morning, when the guests had breakfast, then at 8 in the morning the cleaners came and spoke and cleaned until 12-30, as if they were alone on the planet and at 13:00 a manager came who until 01:00 a.m. spoke, called, met tourists, conducted briefings, in general, the impression was created that we were at the station and we were given a free nook as homeless out of pity. When we saw the room and in shock asked about changing the room, we were categorically told: "There are no rooms" and left. Included breakfast is a set of dry rations in long-term storage bags, very unhealthy, yogurt and a bottle of water. Bed linen was never changed in 6 nights. The towels have not been changed for the last 3 days. We were very dissatisfied with the conditions provided for which we paid £400. We say again, we were very dissatisfied.
