Hotel Capo Circeo Centro Benessere & Padel

Way too expensive for what it offers. They forgot we had a booking and asked 350 in addiction to their price previously agreed. We ended spending around 1200 eu for 4 days (only breakfast was included) for two people. Lockers on room doors are defective and very annoing. Rooms look like a motel Naples style decor where tv and fridge don't work properly. Other than this it was clean and renewed in some part like bathrooms. The pool is nice but in the shadow. Easy to get to the beach for disabled people.

We arrived today. The hotel is cute even though the rooms are small. The beach is very close to the hotel. The food in the hotel restaurant is very bad and expensive. The WORST part is the customer service. We told the owners that we did not want the rest of the food we had ordered after a terrible fried calamari and a 2 millimeter thick slice of chicken breast with fries ( for 15 euros) and waiting 30 minutes for our main course, and instead of asking what was wrong and being accomodating, they became hostile. At the end of our exchange, they even told us to please not eat at their restaurant anymore (they really did not have to tell me that, we are not masochists).
They said nobody complained about the food, even though the couple next to us sat for 15 minutes looking incredulously at their risotto after tasting it, for then sending it back. In all of that time the waiter kept on passing by without even asking if anything was wrong with their dish.
My family and I travel often all over the world and this is for sure one of the WORST customer service we ever experienced. As I write this, my husband is walking around San Felice Circeo looking for a bite to eat.
SHAME ON YOU HOTEL CAPO CIRCEO!!!!

Cibo cattivo e costoso. Proprietari maleducati. Si capisce la qualita' di un ristoratore nei momenti di "crisi".
I proprietari di questo Hotel dovrebbero scegliere un altro business. Sicuramente non hanno classe e non sanno trattare i clienti in modo minimamente adeguato. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. VERGOGNA!!!
