I stayed at the Virgilio 7 nights with my family and it was fantastic. The accomidations, service,staff and food were all amazing!!! Definitely would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!!!

Highly recommend this hotel. The central location made it super easy to walk into town. We had chairs rented at a separate beach club through family so we didn't use the hotel beach but I'm sure it was great. The pool is beautiful and quiet and the rooms were clean and well appointed.

Terrible room!! Everything was good except the room it was like and attic! You hit your head and there is one round window. Terrible for being a great hotel.

When I had originally read the reviews for this hotel I was nervous that I had chosen badly but, to my very pleasant surprise, this hotel is a hidden gem! It’s incredibly located, right on the beach where you experience a beautiful sunset every night. The lifeguards, including Filippo, are so friendly and super helpful, always with a smile. Rooms little outdated very small shower very poor wifi

The hotel staff was very polite as usual (we have stayed in this hotel several times in the past). However the facility could benefit from an upgrade on the rooms, finishes and furnishings. The beach and the location are fantastic. The life guard, Filippo, deserves special credit for his high professional and capable performance of his work. We will probably return to this hotel.

Location was great!!! Room was a little dated, but comfortable. Pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. Hospitality staff were friendly and offered great service. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

They let us check in early and helped us get a 2 hour taxi when the trains went on strike. Everyone was great. Dinner starts later so be prepared for most restaurants to open at 8 pm

Charming property on the beach. Our rooms were facing the water with large windows that opened up to a mini balcony. Service was very friendly and professional and the hotel was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay to celebrate our 30th annniversary. The staff were all very anttentive and knew enough English to communicate with my minimal Italian. The views are stunning and we loved watching the sunset every night from our balcony. The decor could be called a little dated, but it was so charming! The place has an excellent location. A lovely beach and the hotel offers an excellent breakfast and lunch. There are plenty of dinner spots nearby.

We have just returned from a wonderful nine-day holiday in Hotel Auora,Sperlonga. Our fourth. The private well-run beach is 30 seconds from reception ,and the town, with the beginning of the old town, is 30 seconds the other way, with many restaurants and shops. The PRO: position is outstanding, the room was facing the sea, the reserved beach wasn't overcrowded as the umbrellas are limited to guests of the facility. The CONS: Overpriced in my opinion. Stayed here for 4 nights, fantastic family run business , super fun and just far enough away from the old town centre, it's a bit of a climb up to hotel but when u get there the views are worth it, we would gladly stay here again 😀.

We were so pleased with this hotel. The family is so welcoming and friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and the town of Sperlonga. Easy walk to the historic town (5 minutes) and another 5 minutes to the beach. We watched the sunset with a freshly made lemon spritz from the deck, which was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. This will be our hotel anytime we visit Sperlonga.

We enjoyed our stay at Mayor hotel. It was an excellent experience. Helpful, kind stuff was always willing to help and give some advice, decent fresh breakfasts, locations is within 5-7 minutes from the shore and old city.

A structure in the center of Sperlonga and near the sea, free parking and Sperlonga is not easy to find parking, beach with umbrellas and 2 free deckchairs per room, clean hotel, and abundant breakfast, very kind staff and also the owner exquisite and helpful person, excellent price I recommend it

It may have been the effect of the good weather, it may have been the proximity to the center, the second row from the sea, the courtesy of the owner, it may have been the wide choice of the breakfast buffet, some of which were “homemade”. It may have been the scrambled eggs off the menu, whatever it may be, this place gets a well-deserved 5 stars. Thank you.

The staff were very kind and helpful at this hotel. It was not far from the historic center. It was very close to the beach and an easy walk to pretty much everywhere. It is a small town making it nice to visit the area. Overall, it was a good experience at the hotel. They provided free parking for our car and communicated very well for us.

The hotel is in a convenient position, close to the sea and from the historical part of Sperlonga. The management is familiar, very warm and pleasant. The price is a little bit less then the surroundings and often it included dinner and beach place. However... My room was too small with a bed smaller than a standard double, a small bathroom, a small tv... the balcony is not physically separated from...

Really great staff, enjoyed my stay.

For us, it's a regular stop in Sperlonga. The hospitality makes us feel at home, the parking is convenient, and the prices are excellent for the area. A flaw? The bed is a bit noisy, but otherwise the room is well-organized and, above all, spotlessly clean. The homemade sweet breakfast is delicious.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- hotel is conveniently located.

The staff was amazing. Our flight was canselled at the time we where leaving Norway. We didn`t get a new ticket before in three days later, so we would had lost a lot of days in Sperlonga. But the staff at Florenza Residenze managed to postpone our stay by three days, and saved our entire holiday. Florenza Residenze gave us the best service I have experienced in a long time.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was prompt, the rooms were kept amazingly clean, and the terrace was an awesome place to enjoy the sunset. The feel you get looking out from the balcony is how I always like to remember Italy. Thank you for the great memories and giving my family a place to relax and enjoy each other thers company.

Very cozy hotel suitated between the northern and southern bay area close to the older part of town. The staff is super friendly and the prices were low. We had a great view over the northern bay area where the hotels beach area is located. An Atm was very close and several cafés as well as great restaurants. The room had a small loft where the bed is.

It's hard to find a better place to stay. From the appliances to the bed, from the stainless steel cookware to the covered parking space under the house, from the huge terraces to the quiet location, from the cleanliness to the spaciousness of the rooms. The owners are helpful, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommended. We'll definitely return.

Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area.
