We were so pleased with this hotel. The family is so welcoming and friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and the town of Sperlonga. Easy walk to the historic town (5 minutes) and another 5 minutes to the beach. We watched the sunset with a freshly made lemon spritz from the deck, which was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. This will be our hotel anytime we visit Sperlonga.

I stayed at this property this weekend during a visit to Sperlonga. I contacted the property at the last minute to see if a room was available, and the owner was extremely helpful and confirmed it. We booked immediately.
The property is well-located, with a magnificent seafront view. The room was comfortable and, above all, very clean. The view from the room is breathtaking... truly spectacular!
The location is excellent: the historic center of Sperlonga is easily reached on foot.
We sincerely thank the owner for his availability and, above all, his kindness.

Stayed here for 4 nights, fantastic family run business , super fun and just far enough away from the old town centre, it's a bit of a climb up to hotel but when u get there the views are worth it, we would gladly stay here again 😀.

I was a guest for 3 nights between the end of June and the beginning of July and I was very happy. Wonderful view from the terrace where breakfast is served, clean and comfortable room, very kind and nice staff. Excellent breakfast with very good homemade cakes.
If you want to go to the beach on foot there is a bit of walking and there is a difference in altitude due to the elevated position of the hotel, but it is doable.

*** star hotel, with a spatial view, breathtaking sunsets, 10 'from the medieval historic center of Sperlonga, to remember that then there is a ramp of 100 meters to climb.

Hotel with a very nice panoramic view, unfortunately managed by incompetent and unprofessional staff. Dust on the floor and under the bed. Broken shower cubicle, air conditioning that got blocked during the night. When asked for a room change, the response was that it was not possible despite having other much more comfortable rooms available. Very negative experience, not to be repeated in the most absolute way.

Very welcoming, clean and tidy structure, with rooms and terraces overlooking the sea. Strategic position to reach the town even on foot. Very kind and helpful host. Possibility to use the restaurant. Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐
