It's hard to find a better place to stay. From the appliances to the bed, from the stainless steel cookware to the covered parking space under the house, from the huge terraces to the quiet location, from the cleanliness to the spaciousness of the rooms. The owners are helpful, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommended. We'll definitely return.

I discovered this residence purely by chance, but I believe it will remain a safe haven for our future weekends. Sperlonga is magical, and this residence and its owner complete the picture. The people are incredibly kind and helpful, the residence is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail—it truly has everything you need. Thank you so much. We'll see you again soon.

Very quiet, clean, and well-organized residence (including an electric charging station). The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and has a magnificent terrace.
The hosts are friendly and helpful, with lots of helpful tips and advice.
The sea is a short walk away. Close to a minimarket, butcher, and pharmacy.
Sperlonga and the surrounding area are wonderful; we spent a truly wonderful 10-day vacation filled with art, nature, excellent food, and incredibly friendly people.

Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area.

The residence is located near a very green and quiet residential area about a kilometer from the town center. There are no shops nearby. Our apartment was a two-room apartment with a sofa bed in the kitchen. Suitable for a stay of two people (there were in fact two cups even though we were three). Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, large terrace overlooking the old town of Sperlonga. I recommend reviewing the cleanliness of the bathroom fan.

A wonderful stay in Sperlonga
We were 2 friends travelling to Sperlonga for a short week in the start of July, and we were super happy to be staying at La Calette/Residence Le Spiagge! Especially because of the superb hosts that was there. They were kind, and always happy to help, no matter what the situation was. They have great restaurant recommendations, helped us book a super nice boat trip, they offer free sunbeds next to the beach and the apartment has a kitchen so you can make your own meals. It is a 10 minutes walk to the beach, and the location is perfect between the beach and the city center. It is a 15 minutes walk to the beautiful old town that located on top of a small hill. The apartment offered very good value for money, and outstanding service. Thank you so much!

The review would like to score much higher for courtesy and kindness of the owners and for the completeness of every comfort, but we strongly recommend improving the level of cleanliness of the rooms and providing ironed and non-creased sheets and towels a little more. sanitized. For the rest I would stay there again
