Quarenghi16 in Bergamo

Absolutely stunning house in a wonderful part of town: close to the center and to the old town with plenty of shops around. The service was excellent and the people there so very kind.

Quarenghi16 is a beautiful place to stay in the lower city of bergamo. The accommodation is a short walk from the bus and train station and only 15/20minutes from the airport by shuttlebus. You are just around the corner from the shops and a short walk to the old town (upper town) which is beautiful with so much history and views of the town below and the surrounding countryside and the bergamo alps. A big thank you for Emma who was so helpful especially as our flight was changed and we arrived very late and nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay again if we go back to bergamo!! Karl

Clean, cosy and comfortable.

Great location in a street very close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the station or up to the city alta.

We absolutely loved our stay at Quarenghi 16. Honestly cannot find any fault. Beautiful building in excellent location. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, owner is delightful, nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable communal spaces with thoughtful touches like Nespresso coffee machine. Self service check-in worked well as we had a late arrival. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the beautiful city of Bergamo.

We spent 6 days using Bergamo as our base to visit the lakes and surrounding area. We pick Quarenghi for its location close to the main routes into and out of the city. It was a great choice! The apartment was decent size and there are coffee making facilities in the shared area. Whilst the outside road is a little noisy at times, the apartment was quiet as there are only approx 3/4 others. Parking was great once I got used to how tight it was… but large enough for most cars. Would recommend as a base as it’s close to restaurants and bars in lower Bergamo and easy enough to get to citte alta if that’s what you want too.

It is really nice place. With good connection to the airport and walking distance to train station and old part of Bergamo. Rooms are quite basic but have everything you need for few days stay. A lot of places around where you can gave a breakfast or dinner. Beds are really confy and all place is very clean. Host is really caring and helpfull able to give you all information and help in any matter. Only one B from B&B is missing as there was no breakfast.
