Hotel Bel Sito Peschiera in Peschiera del Garda

I will never write a review about a place, location or whatsoever if not really visited and it it's not my own real experience. If I make a mistake I will correct and apologize publicly.
I did check again my travel history and credit card deduction and at July26 2021 at 09.20 I made a payment 92.30 Euro for the poor room and breakfast at this hotel. It is the only hotel I stayed as I was only one (1) night at that town travelling through Italy.
Also as evidence a picture of the room I stayed located in the building just behind the hotel itself!
If this is really the first negative experience then this hotel must be in general a nice hotel. However it might be that the hotel management was not informed about the situation that has taken place and/or the management dislikes public criticism. I find It strange that first Google has been asked to remove the review prior to contact me as author of the review. And as Google did not remove I am advised to 'check better' and to remove. I have checked it, and should I remove it just for sake of reputation?
I stayed at this hotel, it wasn't a nice experience it is Ok if my experience is an exception to other experiences of other customers, but it is as it is.
I advise the hotel management to check better before taking this kind of action and correct the situation with their staff.

A terrible start of the day after a bad night sleep.
Staying in the building next to the hotel, room was fine, I experienced during the night that the airco stops. I was able to switch on again but after some time it quitted again.
Next morning I mention this at the reception however this complaint was not well received. Some staff member went to see and after about 15 minutes he came back with the remark that the airco works. Yes sure, before leaving the room I checked it...........
Then the ridiculous situation with face masks. A lot of noice you must wear a mask, however themselves do ware it as a chin-support as no mouth/nose is covered. But really mentioning that they would not speak with me when not wearing a mask.
Certainly no recommendation for this hotel.

The pictures I saw in Internet are really very far from the reality, in February is everything closed, it is even difficult to rent a bike at the hotel. Now with the virus, nobody wants to go there. But the room was clean, but very old fashion, the swimming pool was a pity and closed. Personal was nice but as I had to leave (Virus) they didn't want to give me my money back for the lost night. So It wasn't really a good experience and I saw there really better place to stay.
