You can take the bus N1 southbound to Como in the morning. When you take bus back from Como to St Fermo, you have to take metro 74 northbound. Be sure the bus to St Fermo, because some of the buses only to halfway!

Excellent stay & fantastic host even although we arrived really late & booked last minute. Bed really comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Thank you!

Property was clean but the company staff do not handle queries well nor give good instructions. When we arrived after midnight, we were attempting to open the security key box with a PIN number they gave but it did not work! We did this multiple times and after attempting for nearly 42 minutes in the freezing cold weather, we decided to leave and had to spen €280 for one night in another hotel. We kept the staff up rid date with this and all they said was the next day we hope you get in when trying again. They are rude and obnoxious and have not refunded our money. We will be taking legal action and I’d advise you not to stay here as it is in a secluded area and if you try to get any transportation it is very limited and expensive!!

Clean and comfy
Very clean and comfortable! Spacious and a well equipped kitchen. We spent two nights in the family appartment - and it was a great base for trips in Como. We came by car, and Como is just a 10 minutes drive away. Pizzeria Tuttifrutti close by the apartment had great pizza - and we walked to Gelateria Lariana for gelato every night. I recommed this place :)

What a beautiful spot. Idyllic. Romantic. Perfect beds, clean, helpful staff and a gorgeous breakfast! We stayed here for 1 night only on our way to Toscanini but would have loved to stay a little longer.

Great rooms, nice people, fantastic breakfast choices. Advice, use Google Maps to find it, but do not give the address, look for the b&b name, that gets you there instead of on the other side of town ?

Absolutely wonderful staying here. There are people who speak English which made it easier. We had lost our luggage en route and they were so very accommodating with letting us use the phone and really helping us out with having hardly any luggage. Such nice people! The breakfast was amazing, all sorts of cakes an sandwiches to eat. Along with many beverages and breads. The room was so nice and comfortable. The drive to the hotel involved going up the mountain, a bit scary but totally worth it!!!! Grazie Brenna!!!!!!
