Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The location is stunning, there's lots of free car parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room was modern with great facilities. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and buffet dinner, with lots of choice for both. Drinks are good value, and there's a singer on every evening.

Cleanliness, friendliness of stuff, great breakfast, location, everything was great. Also our special compliments to the management for shuttle, easy parking, entertainment. View from balcony was stunning. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Lovely area, but the hotel is so run down. Bathroom was mouldy and rusty, communal areas were filthy, stains all over carpets and walls. Bed so uncomfortable, towels and bedding very well used. Walls so thin you can hear everything between rooms.

The views are breathtaking. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff are very attentive and friendly, the hotel grounds are pristine with well kept landscaped areas. The rooms are spacious, cleaned to a very high standard and the food is excellent. This hotel should have a higher rating than 3 stars. My experience was 5 star plus

Great AC and good views. The food was good but not noteworthy. The shuttle to downtown was affordable (1.5€/person per direction) although planning around it was a little inconvenient.

Okay, not a 3-star hotel as advertised and not as pictured. When we arrived we were asked to pay more if we wanted a nicer room -- despite that when we booked all the 'nicer rooms' were used to advertise the hotel. The rooms are a good size and clean. However, it is a maze to get to your room. The bar was unstaffed very frequently during busy periods and with minimal host qualities from the staff, we were made to feel like we were in their way most of the time. Also, make sure to use the 'do not disturb' sign whenever you are in the room - the cleaner came at various times and didn't knock before entering. Okay to sleep but not somewhere we wanted to spend much of our downtime. Felt very awkward during our time there but the views are great!

Do not stay here if you’re autistic/have sensory issues. The machines in the ceiling whir so loud that I’m now on day 2 of no sleep here, very distressed and have 2 nights to go.
They kindly moved our room but the noise is even worse. It’s ruined my holiday and it’s a shame because lake Garda is beautiful!
Maybe one day I’ll come back and stay elsewhere so I can actually enjoy it

The hotel is a pleasant 30 mins walk from the center. The rooms are in a 70s style. There is a tv, but it is small and not comfortable to watch. The bathroom is more modern than the room itself and has a bathtub that can also be used to shower in. There wasn't a double bed but two single beds attached to each other. Access to our room was a transparent glass double door from a shared terrace. This combined with the beds not being together and grandma decor is a vibe killer when it comes to young couples in my opinion. But the price was good compared to the alternatives and the staff was very accommodating. There are several swimming pools around and for orders the pay is associated to the room number and done during checkout. The panoramic pool is very nice it has to be good for groups of friends. The breakfast was 5/10.
