The location is good , it’s in city center , just its old hotel with small rooms

It is actually a B&B with a history of more than 100 years. It has a good location, very close to Lake Como, quiet in the bustling city, and typical European small town scenery. There are many restaurants and bars in the town, and there is also a large supermarket open 24 hours a day.

A good hotel for unpretentious guests with a great location. If you are content with little, and all attention is on the natural beauty and architecture of Como, then take this hotel.

Very well located and practical hotel with its parking. Good breakfast and competent staff.

Great location, close to the ferry and a beautiful marina, train station, and historical center, super comfortable bed, clean bathroom and very friendly staff. I can recommend it.

Hotel was great. Clean and close to town. Breakfast was good too

Good hotel for this price. Clean, amazing location and good room. The only issue is that it was very dark since their windows are closed with outside blinds (see the photos). Overall not bad if you are staying for 1 night as we did.

Our double room was decent size, but bathrooms are really small with bath area being extremely small. Overall still a good stay for 1 night. For multiple days might not recommend.

Conveniently located between the train station and ferry. So if you come by train it is just walking distance. And going to lake we need ferry which is also walking distance. Room are big enough staff are friendly

Surprising very good. Closed to railway stations and ferry. Supermarkets is just 200 meter away. Staff are friendly and offer help and even allowed us to use their dining area. Highly recommended.

Best breakfast I've had during my stay in Italy. The fresh fruits & hot chocolate were simply divine. And Emanuel of the front desk was so helpful in giving directions & tips during our stay in Como.

Nice cosy room and a great location 5 min walk from the lake. Staff where nice and helpful and spoke good English.

It is within a 10-minute walk from Como's train station. You can stay in a private room with breakfast included for a very reasonable price, so it is recommended not only for those staying in Como but also for those traveling to Switzerland. You can enter Switzerland by taking the train one stop from Como Station.

The hotel people were very nice and supportive

We loved being close to food and shopping. Didn’t expect all the walking but that was also good.

A pleasant stay It's a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Room looks new. The location is only good if you have a car. Parking is not a problem. The only complaint is wifi/internet connection is very poor.

It was as usual nice to stay in the hotel as a stop in between. The price was a high side but I guess it is due to the season.

Nice place not far away from Como centrum Good service with staff very nice, we stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned which was very pleasant, buffet breakfast was nice. Location not great but considering the affordable price it makes sens.

The room is kind of compact, tiny washroom, hot water bath by luck

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a few days while on our honeymoon. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and delightful. They saw to our every need morning and night. We had an excellent view of Lake Como from our room and easy access to the traghetto allowing us to visit other towns on the lake.

The location is really good. It’s right by the lake. Staffs were incredibly friendly, and efficient special mention Khiarra. Good food at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Thank you Hotel Marco’s😁

Only stayed one night and room was clean and breakfast was good. Location was ideal.

Small but clean hotel very conveniently located right at the lake and walking distance to all the touristy spots. Would highly recommend for a short stay.

We had some difficulty finding the right road because the residence is in the same building as the Terzo Crotto Hotel Restaurant and the external signs are not very clear. Friendly and efficient staff, very good location, brilliant breakfast and luggage storage available.

The property is very close to the Station with easy walking access to the town. It has a lift. Being on a main road, is a bit noisy. The room is basic in its facilities.

Near the train station and have elevator.

I would say this is a budget hotel, but price high for it. Not in a great area, only a short walk though to the restaurants. Room was clean and tidy but basic.

Overall, ok to stay for a night. Friendly hosts and decent breakfast. Room was a little basic and not the cleanest room that I have stayed but for the price and the convenience it offers, value for money stay

I'm giving 4 stars for the value Como/ price/facility. Nice room for the paid price. Good facilities+ coffee and tea in the room. The reception was not in the same building so if you have to ask or need something you have to go to the next building. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The location is right in the center, near shops, lake and as well near train station. The room and bathroom is super clean, with a discreet air freshener, the guests are very friendly and they are speaking english fluently. Definitely will come back here. 🤩

Location was superb, close to the marina and old town, close to both train stations, some fantastic restaurants and a decent sized supermarket. We visited to watch football, the stadium was a 3 minute walk so it was great for that. The access/rooms was simple and check-in/out was also seemless. Really easy to follow instructions.

The room and location were ok BUT the walls were like paper. We could hear almost everything that was happening in the other rooms and the noise from the street was like people were standing in our room talking!😑

Greatly appreciated that there was access to breakfast room with warm drinks, water and juices from 10 to 22. After a long walk it was something that made us feel like home. The room was big enough, breakfast was nice.

Good location, close to all attractions and the lake! Good value for money, but bed was a bit stiff

Overrated hotel. It’s not suitable for travelers with a car, as it has very limited parking, and nearby parking fees are quite expensive.

We have a good stayed in this hotel. The room is spacious with unlimited cups of coffee or juices from the cafeteria beside the receptionist. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall of our stay we would like to give full stars to this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at B&B Hotel Bardello. The receptionist was very welcoming, breakfast options were great, superbly clean room! Definitely deserves 5 stars! ⭐️

Excellent welcome, especially from the very capable receptionists. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The TV allowed us to connect our Netflix and YouTube accounts. The breakfast staff member was friendly and helpful. The property itself is modern and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely be returning.

Far from the city center, and the street can be noisy, but it has good bus connections. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable.

The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; it was close to the road and the motorbike noise outside was very loud.

Nice, clean, well run B&B. Renata is a friendly host. She's happy to provide advice regarding what to see, and where to eat. Her flat is immaculate.

Had such a great experience during my 4 night stay at Renata’s B&B. She has been so great making me feel like home and proposing many ideas of things to do in the area + local tips. The breakfast is so so good and complete, she really goes out of her way to please her guests. She also speaks so many languages! The bed is comfortable and the much needed AC in mid July works efficiently . Thanks again...

Stayed here for 11 days. The breakfast was delicious. Tiramisu and fresh fruits were available. Fresh warm bread and a nice selection of cheeses. The owner of the B&B was very kind.

Our host Renata is the the best host in Italy! Friendly, helpful and funny! Rosa blu ~ clean, spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts ;)

Renata, the owner of the apartment, is extremely nice and helpful! The room was clean and good for staying the night. It's great for people who travel all day and just looking for a place to sleep.
