The location is good , it’s in city center , just its old hotel with small rooms

It is actually a B&B with a history of more than 100 years. It has a good location, very close to Lake Como, quiet in the bustling city, and typical European small town scenery. There are many restaurants and bars in the town, and there is also a large supermarket open 24 hours a day.

A good hotel for unpretentious guests with a great location. If you are content with little, and all attention is on the natural beauty and architecture of Como, then take this hotel.

Good hotel for this price. Clean, amazing location and good room. The only issue is that it was very dark since their windows are closed with outside blinds (see the photos). Overall not bad if you are staying for 1 night as we did.

Our double room was decent size, but bathrooms are really small with bath area being extremely small. Overall still a good stay for 1 night. For multiple days might not recommend.

Conveniently located between the train station and ferry. So if you come by train it is just walking distance. And going to lake we need ferry which is also walking distance. Room are big enough staff are friendly

Surprising very good. Closed to railway stations and ferry. Supermarkets is just 200 meter away. Staff are friendly and offer help and even allowed us to use their dining area. Highly recommended.

It is within a 10-minute walk from Como's train station. You can stay in a private room with breakfast included for a very reasonable price, so it is recommended not only for those staying in Como but also for those traveling to Switzerland. You can enter Switzerland by taking the train one stop from Como Station.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. Owner seemed more focused on the restaurant business than hotel customers. Didn’t receive any information about breakfast at checkin/ later on, and owner didn’t seem to care when we were to pick up our luggage and leave. Hotel itself is clean and what you would expect.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Giuseppe in cernobbio. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by Maurizio. Who made check in very easy. He also had a staff member help with the luggage, a nice touch after a long flight. The room was perfect. I had a terrace outside my bedroom, with an italian view. The room was immaculate. A beautiful family run hotel. Such lovely people that are so friendly and helpful. They have put a lot of love and thought into their hotel. The restaurant doesn’t open every night but served lovely food when they were open. The room was nice and we slept OK. Don’t expect much of a view from the room but it was clean and comfortable which is all tgat matters..

The hotel was very comfortable and well located. The owner was extremely supportive in helping us arrange transport to Milan when all the public transport was non-operational and taxis fully booked.

A very good small hotel in a fantastic location in Como. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Plenty dining/drinking options round about and the hotel is 5 mins from the lake ticket office, bus station and a 10/15 min walk from Como S. Giovanni train station.

Room/location/service was great. Was impressed. Lovely outdoor area too in the square.

A pleasant stay It's a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Room looks new. The location is only good if you have a car. Parking is not a problem. The only complaint is wifi/internet connection is very poor.

It was as usual nice to stay in the hotel as a stop in between. The price was a high side but I guess it is due to the season.

It was a good stay, we did have some issues with the hot water. One night we had none at all. But other then that it was good!

The hotel shows three stars, not 4. Elevator slow. Lacking a plug apparatus for North American guests. Very noisy late at night.

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a few days while on our honeymoon. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and delightful. They saw to our every need morning and night. We had an excellent view of Lake Como from our room and easy access to the traghetto allowing us to visit other towns on the lake.

The property is very close to the Station with easy walking access to the town. It has a lift. Being on a main road, is a bit noisy. The room is basic in its facilities.

I would say this is a budget hotel, but price high for it. Not in a great area, only a short walk though to the restaurants. Room was clean and tidy but basic.

The lock on my room door was broken, so I had to switch rooms. The new room was right by the road, and the constant noise from passing cars kept me up all night.

Really love B&B Hotels especially breakfast. All clean and tidy and a free parking in front of the hotel. Our room 204 was not small. The queen size bed is super comfy for deep night sleep. Too bad they don't serve a bottle of water like they do in their other hotels.The staff is friendly. check-in process is so cool in case you come after 11PM- all digital and automated.

We slept here for one night and it was very good. No luxury, but just neat and well arranged. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a private, closed parking garage which saves a lot of hassle in Como. The breakfast was good: nice and well taken care of. In short, a nice hotel if you are looking for a practical place to stay in Como.

Greatly appreciated that there was access to breakfast room with warm drinks, water and juices from 10 to 22. After a long walk it was something that made us feel like home. The room was big enough, breakfast was nice.

Overrated hotel. It’s not suitable for travelers with a car, as it has very limited parking, and nearby parking fees are quite expensive.

Excellent welcome, especially from the very capable receptionists. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The TV allowed us to connect our Netflix and YouTube accounts. The breakfast staff member was friendly and helpful. The property itself is modern and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely be returning.

Far from the city center, and the street can be noisy, but it has good bus connections. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable.

Had such a great experience during my 4 night stay at Renata’s B&B. She has been so great making me feel like home and proposing many ideas of things to do in the area + local tips. Stayed here for 11 days. The breakfast was delicious. Tiramisu and fresh fruits were available. Fresh warm bread and a nice selection of cheeses. The owner of the B&B was very kind.

Renata, the owner of the apartment, is extremely nice and helpful! The room was clean and good for staying the night. It's great for people who travel all day and just looking for a place to sleep.

The B&B is conveniently located within walking distance of the historic center and the train station for, possibly, a visit to Milan. It's on the third floor, but definitely manageable.
