It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. A staff who actually work not at the front desk (Mr. Wassim), extended a helping hand and guided us safely. The pleasant experience were felt even outside the facility.

The rooms are spacious; even the twin room has 1.3-meter beds, which is quite rare for a European trip. The recreational center and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive.

We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. Rooms are ok. It was annoying that the airconditioning from the room 106 didn’t work at all. I was trying to cool down the room but i wasn’t always posible. It looks like the control the temperature from the room with a central air conditioning. Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and the conference room is quiet nice for small groups of 20 max.

The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our questions & assistance. Location is great, right at the heart of Como Lake shoreline and a 5 minute walk from the Como Lago train station. The hotel is really nice. The staff too especially the porter who was from Tunisa so kind. The room was quaint. My only issue was the AC was extremely cold even when I tried to adjust the temperature. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely stunning property which feels very inkeeping with the gorgeous architecture across the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake through the beautiful shops. In a quieter area of Como and far less touristy but arguably mkre beautiful. Breakfast by the pool was just brilliant. Great spread of food. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!

Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type. Absolutely love this hotel. They treat you so well and make your stay very pleasurable. From sitting out front and watching the ferries come and go, to having a great meal served up. Older building with charm. The room was very small, asked for an iron, and they brought a board that wouldn't fit in the room. No extra toiletries aside from soap, shampoo, etc. I'm not sure if it was location on Lake but kept getting bit by mosquitos inside and on deck area. Hotel Centrale in Cernobbio has a perfect location, just a short walk from the lake and main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, nothing special but perfectly adequate. The free parking is a great bonus. Overall, an excellent choice for a short stay.

Hotel Centrale was ideally located in the middle of town, in the middle of everything (centrale...). The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the city center, which isn't very convenient. There were many Middle Eastern people in the hotel. They gave me the furthest room, which took a long time to walk to; perhaps this is the kind of hospitality offered to Chinese people.

Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. This was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious).
