It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. A staff who actually work not at the front desk (Mr. Wassim), extended a helping hand and guided us safely. The pleasant experience were felt even outside the facility.

The rooms are spacious; even the twin room has 1.3-meter beds, which is quite rare for a European trip. The recreational center and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive.

We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. The hotel view is just amazing, and the hotel itself is simply wonderful. The town is 30 min walking, but quite frankly I didn't want to leave the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, close to the pier. The room was spacious and was upgraded to a lake view room, which was satisfactory.

The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our questions & assistance. Location is great, right at the heart of Como Lake shoreline and a 5 minute walk from the Como Lago train station. Hotel Centrale

Hotel Centrale in Cernobbio has a perfect location, just a short walk from the lake and main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, nothing special but perfectly adequate. The free parking is a great bonus. Overall, an excellent choice for a short stay.

We stay for 3 nights with a film crew. The personal was amazingly helpfull. Kind, flexible... super good team. The new rooms are big and modern. Bravo!

Hotel Centrale was ideally located in the middle of town, in the middle of everything (centrale...). The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Cleanliness was great, the breakfast buffet was very impressive. THe indoor spaces and the outdoor courtyard and patios were great. We rented the large suite to host people from the wedding at Villa Erba. The extra space was great for our needs....

Rooms are ok. It was annoying that the airconditioning from the room 106 didn’t work at all. I was trying to cool down the room but i wasn’t always posible. It looks like the control the temperature from the room with a central air conditioning. Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and the conference room is quiet nice for small groups of 20 max.

Great location, few steps from lake and even fewer from shops/restros. Hotel has a modern look in public areas and rooms. Lift however is archaic and completely useless. Room generally quiet, little on the small side with limited storage. Staff friendly, breakfast good, no bar or restro for dinner but loads of stuff around close by. Good for a limited stay in Como

Absolutely stunning property which feels very inkeeping with the gorgeous architecture across the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake through the beautiful shops. Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type. Good breakfast - buffet style with enough hot and cold options, sweet and savoury. Would recommend this hotel already, but the location and transport links really help.

Absolutely love this hotel. They treat you so well and make your stay very pleasurable. From sitting out front and watching the ferries come and go, to having a great meal served up. Older building with charm. The room was very small, asked for an iron, and they brought a board that wouldn't fit in the room. Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the city center, which isn't very convenient. There were many Middle Eastern people in the hotel. They gave me the furthest room, which took a long time to walk to; perhaps this is the kind of hospitality offered to Chinese people.
