10/10 always. The Grand Hotel is the grand dame of Como and always a joy to revisit time and time again. I have visited here many times and loved it each time.

I turned up today for a relaxed dinner in my airport clothes en route to the airport as a final call on my trip and the staff were more than welcoming and kind, despite my casual attire.

Just speaks volumes about the hospitality at this gorgeous place. Thank you Tremezzo, always!

Our dining experience at the Restaurant was absolutely exceptional. The cuisine was refined and delicious, each dish prepared with great attention to detail. The service was impeccable — attentive, professional, yet warm and welcoming.

The atmosphere, enhanced by the stunning interiors and beautiful view, created a truly memorable setting. Everything came together perfectly — from the ambiance to the culinary experience — making this restaurant a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend

This is a beautiful lake hotel with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como and Bellagio that never get old. The property is impeccably maintained and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxing - you feel pampered without any stuffiness. The food throughout our stay was consistently good, whether at breakfast or dinner, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. The setting is just magical - waking up to those lake views and being able to enjoy them throughout the day from various spots on the property. Everything about the place encourages you to slow down and enjoy the moment. This is exactly what a luxury lake hotel should be - beautiful, comfortable, and memorable.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and were not disappointed!

Set right on the lake the views are stunning. We were greeted on arrival by two eager and helpful bellmen who already knew who we were and whisked our bags away. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready so the staff let us eat in the restaurant free of charge which was a nice gesture.

The rooms are well equipped and reasonably spacious and the whole hotel is very well appointed.

We reserved the entire spa for an hour (included in the resort fee) which was amazing, everyone should try it. We rented the tennis courts for an hour (also included) which was a ton of fun. The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing and so relaxing as you look out over the lake sipping your coffee.

Overall the staff were very attentive, helpful and we really felt like we received 5 star treatment. The hotel is clearly well managed and customer satisfaction is top priority. For example, we got hit with a surprise bill for ironing services (they do not let you have an iron in the room for some reason) and upon explaining we would have ironed our own clothes if we could get an iron, they just removed the charge from the bill no questions asked. I like that they treat you with respect and don’t nickel and dime you.

I would highly recommend the hotel, we had an amazing time during our stay.

5* hotel! We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. It does help to book restaurants in advance. We had a lovely boat trip arranged by the hotel and a special dinner at their sister hotel, Passalacqua. The front desk staff were always very helpful during our stay. A Gem on the lake!

This is a great hotel, with a great location, outstanding service and excellent food. It's located on the lake between two ferry dock and numerous nearby shops and outside restaurants. I have stayed and eaten here for many years and it has maintained a high standard and Italian charm. Not a place that lists the famous people who have started there, you just know almost every who stays there is treated as if they were.

We were more than thrilled with our stay at Grand Tremezzo ! Everything was top-notch – from the excellent service especially Mr. Alberto Denotti for welcome and assistance & the delicious meals we enjoyed. The Aurelia Suite was the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in, with breathtaking views and an incredibly comfortable bed. The ambiance was fantastic and made our stay even more unforgettable.

We would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome, and we can confidently say that we will be back. It was an unforgettable anniversary for us, and we have truly fallen in love with the hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend the iconic Grand hotel Tremezzo our stay was simply iconic!
