This was a once-in-a-lifetime, unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Suite as it was our honeymoon. The concierge team warmly welcomed us, and when we opened our room door, they had our wedding song playing, accompanied by champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, sweets, a framed picture of us, and hand-written notes. It was the most thoughtful gesture. The staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND every moment the stay and it is truly extraordinary. Every minute we spent at the hotel was heaven. The suite, view, amenities, pools, spa, gardens, etc were absolutely stunning, luxe, and we couldn't get enough. Everything was personalized and we felt extremely well cared for. We had an OUTSTANDING dinner (tip: get the risotto and beef wellington!) and the most incredible breakfast buffet we had ever seen. Our server, Diogo, blew us away with his elegance, knowledge and care - he made our dining experiences magical. Hello — I recently stayed in room 601 and the king-sized down pillow was incredible. The manager mentioned it was a “Simmons” pillow. Could anyone share the exact model name or details (fill type, loft, size) of the Simmons pillow used in the rooms at Grand Hotel Tremezzo? I’d love to purchase a similar one for home. Much appreciated!

We just finished our stay at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and could not have been happier. Everything about this hotel is pure perfection — from the breathtaking views of Lake Como to the world-class service that makes you feel completely at home.

Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The standout for us was Carolina at the front desk, who went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful truly the embodiment of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo’s five-star experience.

The property itself is stunning, classic elegance meets modern luxury. The pools, the gardens, the restaurants every detail feels curated and timeless. It’s one of those rare places where you can relax completely and still feel inspired by the surroundings.

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The staff is very attentive and will always accomodate your wishes. We had a Prestige Garden Room and it was very quiet and comfortable. There are many amenities in the room that enhance the stay. Toiletries are excellent as is the housekeeping and turndown service. The breakfast buffet is the most amazing you will find anywhere in the world. We had lunch at T Pizza and Da Giacomo Al Lago and dinner at L'Escale. All were excellent. Again, the staff is exellent and the hotel is very romantic.

This is a fabulous hotel with incredibly manicured grounds, impeccable service, beautifully decorated interior along with delicious restaurants. The atmosphere is elegant chic and a pure delight to enjoy a cocktail at their outside bar overlooking the Lake Como. Just as enjoyable is their pool restaurant T pizza which is set amongst the picturesque gardens with the mountains in the background. The pizza is also amazing. The entire hotel is breathtaking and I highly recommend staying here whenever in Lake Como area. The staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The hotel is only 1 hr 15 min drive from Milan and you can hop on the nearby ferry to go to Varenna, Bellagio and other stops . If your looking for the most luxurious stay in Lake Como, Grand Hotel Tremezzo checks all the boxes.

This hotel is stunning . Everyone you stand or sit you are looking at something beautiful. The decor , the design , the attention to detail is amazing . The rooms are beautiful, the pool at the back is calm and the sunbeds secluded . The breakfast is probably the best choice I have seen and it’s delicious. The floating pool at the front is great fun and it’s fabulous to be on the lake ! Lovely dinners each evening . The spa is fantastic, had a great signature treatment . And the infinity pool is wonderful . We hired a boat for a 3 hour trip & it was a great experience , our pilot had so much knowledge of the points of interest . Great gym also . Just a fantastic stay - will be back for sure

We had an amazing time visiting Grand Hotel Tremezzo. We watched sunset from the bar and enjoyed delicious cocktails before heading to dinner at La Terazza. It was a very elegant experience. My husband and I shared the beef wellington which was perfect! The saffron risotto was also exceptional. We will be back!

A bucket list location that lived up to the hype! Courteous staff that greets you by name throughout the property, unmatched views, and a consistent immersion in luxury & hospitality. The breakfast buffet is unparalleled and the bars & restaurants have enough options to feel content staying on property for the majority of the stay. We can’t wait to find a way back!
