Absolutely amazing restaurant! Worth a Michelin star! @michelinguide The staff is very polite, rooms are clean, excellent coffee machine! The view is breathtaking as well!

Beautiful lake view, nice size room but unable to control AC temperature. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and we didn’t think the inhospitable owner would do anything about it since he wasn’t very welcoming to begin with. The rest of the staff were very friendly & helpful.The breakfast and dinner we had at the restaurant was very good. Close proximity to the Ferry was a plus.

Amazing views and comfortable room. Incredible view of the lake from the balcony of a comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. We loved the spa with a panoramic view of the lake. We thought the breakfast was expensive at €22 a head for what was on offer.

My wife and I arrived late from a long and hauling road trip. The beautiful room was equipped with all that one could dream of after a long day (i.e. bathtub, air conditioning of course, a shining view of the lago Maggiore and a comfortable bed). The breakfast was equipped with ample options for all types of taste (Ciabatta, Croissants, (sourdough) bread, scrambled eggs, delicious bacon, fruits, yogurt...

Good food in a nice hotel. Great location with a fantastic view of Lago Maggiore. The staff is extremely friendly and service minded and the food is exellent. A good place for a romantic stay.

All I can say, is go here and experience everything the hotel has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

Great restaurant with the best views over the Lago Maggiore and amazing dishes. 3 course dinner 46 Euro. Great service with many waiters. Fair wine prices . We did not stay in the hotel.

Pozzetto Is one of my favorite restaurants in Laveno to have lunch. The view, food quality and food service is amazing. The chef is a master! He combines fresh local ingredients with a beautiful presentation and flavors. I am surprised that they don't have a Michelin star. One of the best things about this restaurant is that they accept American Express. That is the mark of a true high level restaurant

Stunning views. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had issues with our hire car and received loads of assistance. Especially from Christina who even drove us to the car and arranged taxis. Great breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs to order.

I had a fantastic experience at Locanda Pozzetto. The breathtaking view, combined with the delicious food and friendly staff, made it a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a perfect blend of ambiance, cuisine, and hospitality.

Fine hostel for one night stay Beautiful small town. Good location. Friendly staff, but no one in the reception on arrival. AC didn’t function late in the evening, but was fixed fast. Noise from construction work Breakfast: hostel style

Pro: quiet location about five minutes from the lake. Cons: very hot room and uncomfortable bed meant not the best nights sleep.

Super friendly and family oriented atmosphere

An extremely pleasant experience. The family who run the place are fantastic, helpful and attentive. Nice garden where you can enjoy your own meal. Ferry terminal is walking distance, so as the restaurants of Laveno. Free and hassle-free parking is also a plus. Would definitely return!

Good It was great value for the price. Our room was nice and had a nice view. The breakfast could have been better because it was quite limited choice. The workers were very nice and friendly.
