My wife and I arrived late from a long and hauling road trip. The beautiful room was equipped with all that one could dream of after a long day (i.e. bathtub, air conditioning of course, a shining view of the lago Maggiore and a comfortable bed). The breakfast was equipped with ample options for all types of taste (Ciabatta, Croissants, (sourdough) bread, scrambled eggs, delicious bacon, fruits, yogurt...

All I can say, is go here and experience everything the hotel has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

Cocktails are ok, but a bit overpriced. You don’t even get any snack with the drink as it is usual around the lake. Hope to get better food experience next time.

Funny hotel with 4 levels stuck to the rocks and directly to the lake. Michelin 1 star restaurant and a Pizzeria upstairs. The street to the village a catastrophy and the owner not so friendly. But his wife and staff excellent.

4.5 stars! LOVED the room and balcony. Great location away from the business but still walkable to the center of Laveno. Room was clean and spacious. Mini fridge included. Service was helpful and friendly. Only complaints would be that sometimes the water temperature in the shower did not regulate very well (warm, hot, cold) and the AC did not go down further than 24 C or so... But otherwise, would...

This is a fantastic hotel attached to a superb restaurant. The rooms are, newly-refurbished, spacious and comfortable, they include a good sized balcony with a very impressive view over the lake. The staff are helpful and speak good English (my Italian is woeful) - they arranged a lot on our behalf, including a tour of the lake. We stayed 2 nights on business. Basic and very clean room, very fair price. Added value the owner, very hospitable and nice. We will be back.

Very nice staff and well located. The rooms and the furnitures could be in a better condition.

Nice small hotel, good for people who travels by train - close to the train station. Also in the city centre, close to the harbour (and ferry), sourrounded by nice restaurants and cafeterias. That, and because it is in front of main street, make this place very loud and it can be not comfortable. We vere quite lucky, because it wans't high season yet when we were there, so it wasn't THAT noisy. Room...

Best service I've ever gotten at a hotel, lovely staff!

We arrived very late in heavy Rain and Thunder. Was met with umbrellas and cheese and salame and bread. Clean and classic Room. Not the largest but exactly what we needed. Walking distance to Ferry and Cable Car to the viewpoint.

Stunning views. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had issues with our hire car and received loads of assistance. Especially from Christina who even drove us to the car and arranged taxis. Great breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs to order.

Reviewing the restaurant as we did not stay here. Perfect Italian meal out on the terrace, pasta course in particular was memorable.

Food was good, staff some are nice but one is really rude

We come here fequently with family just for the restaurant. Great food that is frequently "slow food" meaning that they use fresh national ingredients. The menu is varied and has something available for everyone (1 family member is vegetarian). Great wine list and friendly staff. Always a great experience

It was an amazing location, the facility itself was super nice, an Apartment spread on 2 floors, so my kid loved it had an interior staircase. Very clean, all we needed was there, complementary water, soft drinks and Nespresso coffee tabs. The view is spectacular, looking over the lake.

Very cozy hotel room with great view on the lake! Thr highlight is nevertheless the restaurant and the very friendly host and stuff! Highly recommended place, a very relaxing and beautiful stay.

Price performance was great :)

Nice place to stay to visit Lago Maggiore. Laura was very kindly. Went 3 times at the restaurant under the appartement because it was good and affordable. And the lake view and the sunset was just amazing.

Tasting menu was very yummy: first a selection of raw fish for fish lovers, second an interesting take on pasta carbonara with salmon instead of bacon. And as a finish the best Semifreddo with Baileys

Very friendly landlady, good beds, bottles of water in the room, very quiet, extremely clean, delicious breakfast, parking behind the house. The bathroom is very large and is shared by the two rooms (1 double room, 1 twin room). As clean and big as the bathroom is, it does not seem to be a problem. Ideal for families with 4 people.

Fantastic panorama. All clean with gels and masks available. Friendly owners, they give a lot of useful information on places to visit, including not very well known places we have visited. A nice surprise

Room location easy to find. Great welcome from our host who also speaks French. He gave us good information on places to visit. Spacious room with view of the terrace and Lake Maggiore. Well equipped bathroom. Good value for money given the rates around the lake. Easy access to the ferry.

Excellent location, room with a magnificent view of the lake, sober, spacious, but with attention to detail. Excellent cleanliness, plus the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, made even more pleasant by the friendliness of the host. Experience to be repeated and absolutely recommended.

Villa with beautiful garden at a more than fair price. Excellent position to reach the lakefront and the town center. The owner Cinzia a sweet, kind and super helpful girl. We were 9 girls and we had a great time with the whole place at our disposal. Too bad I only spent 2 days!

As a birthday present, looking on the site, I chose this magnificent place, at the time of the call I have no words to describe the kindness of those who manage it. It did not seem real until we arrived on the spot we realized that it was run by a fantastic person, a beautiful place does not lack relaxation and everything is at the right point. We recommend it and hope to return soon.

Wonderful experience, very kind and always available staff. Recommended for groups, comfortable and welcoming rooms

Nando was extremely welcoming and helpful..he answered all of our questions and gave us advice about where to go and eat. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was good. It is a very short walk to the lake and there is parking on site. I would recommend this place and I would come back here.
