I had a very nice room, it was an upgrade and a really good size. The staff were very kind to me.

Only negative was high hotel restaurant prices so we eat out. Lots of great options. Plus no coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Room well appointed and super clean. Good amenities. Upgraded to lake view which is lovely. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. The location gave us options for relaxing, restaurants, and walking distance to shopping. Outdoor pool/bar, breakfast, atmosphere was great made better by the staff who are super friendly and helpful.

Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting.

I have just returned from a Blake's tour to lake Maggiore.we stayed at this hotel . I could not fault it .The staff were brilliant the meals were great,and the rooms were good(the only reason I gave 4stars was we had no view. It is situated on the lake near the ferry and tourist boats

Right in the center. A good pool is available at the neighboring hotel. They have an agreement. The breakfasts are excellent, with a view of Lake Maggiore. The room overlooks the stairs to the courtyard. And it's small.

This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay there!

The location is great, but breakfast could have better varieties

Nice and cozy hotel relatively close (20 min. walk) to Stresa center. The room was classically decorated but was clean and tidy. We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic time cycling around Stresa. Partucularly, I recommend Lake Orta, a fabulous place. The hotel’s own e-bike rental was incredibly convenient, and the bikes were in excellent condition. The bedrooms were supposed to be refurbished but ours was not. The material round the bed was ripped all the way round and the terrace overlooked a load of rubbish. The food was reasonable, dinner had a good buffet, 4 choices of starter and main course plus pudding. Breakfast was a continental buffet and was okay.

The location is good, close to the train station and ferry terminal, and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms are average. The first room's door wouldn't close, the second room's safe didn't work, and there wasn't even a bar of soap in the bathroom. There wasn't any shelf in the shower for shower gel or other items. The journey from the airport to hotel was terrible, but the stay at the hotel was very good. At midnight, the hotel owner welcomed us and tells us the most important information. He invited us for a tasty breakfast and the service in the restaurant was nice. The room was very clean and you could relax. The hotel is located in a quiet location.

All was great, especially the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Only minor problem was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. We would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and the new rooms were spacious. The only odd thing was the window between the room and the bathroom—it lets natural light in, but it also gives a view of the toilet.

I booked the hotel for weekend, nice location near to shops and beach ⛱️. The bigest issue is about the blanket. It seems they are not washed properly since when I used it my body was covered with bed bugs bites. The shower room is extra small. In one occasion the room service forgot to close the room door after entering.

Near to the lake and the town centre building site across the road, shower alternated between freezing of scalding rapidly so no such thing as a comfortable shower. Breakfast is very limited in selection and availability depending on what time you arrive, lukewarm warm coffee and “hot” water to make lukewarm tea. The location is in the city center. So all the services are near. The hotel rooms are quite modern but there are some porblems with smoking, air condition system, heating. Some members of staff are not service minded. Noises from streets and other rooms can be heard in rooms.

Hotel Primavera is a good 3 star hotel in the pedestrian district of Stresa. We had a good 5 nights stay there. The room was spacious by European standards, it had a balcony big enough for 2 chairs, a kettle (but no teas or coffees were provided), and an empty mini fridge. Old, but meticulously clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was totally unreliable and slow when it actually did work. Room temperature in Oct was unbearably hot.

Right next to the pier, you can easily take a cruise around the lake. The hotel provides free parking spaces, but you can ask the front desk if you can't find them. The room is large and it is very comfortable to sunbathe on the balcony.

Pleasant stay right beside the lake and only a 10min walk into the centre of Stresa. Convenient free onsite parking, nice indoor pool, communal areas and a great breakfast. Decor is a bit dated but in some way adds to the charm of the place. Excellent friendly staff.

Excellent! So friendly and helpful. The staff were exceptional and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine after allowing a slightly late checkout due to me having a work meeting. We find this difficult to review as we have very mixed feelings about the place. Positives…… the staff could not be more helpful and professional. The breakfast selection was very good but as some have commented, the food can run out if you don’t get in before 9am. It's a great hotel!! However, if you do not drive it is quite a walk into Stressa. So a taxi is needed it costs roughly 15€. You do get the most amazing views. Breakfast is very simple but you have a wide variety of continental options. No hot breakfast options.

We had a great week in a clean new hotel, after general renovation in corona period. We enjoyed an amazing view to the lake from the window, a central , but quiet place, and wonderful breakfasts on the roof of the building. Thanks to the owners of hotel for a homely and fun feeling.

The villa is situated a few minutes away from the lake and 2 minutes walk from Hotel Meeting (where you do the check-in). The appartments inside are very spacious and very clean and are very well equipped. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good - not very diverse, but really tasty. The residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.

Breakfast was good but as we didn’t speak Italian we were ignored, we assumed that when we asked for coffee we would also get croissants as other people had.

Refrigerator was broken, did not agree to repair or replace room. When I said that in check out I will pay less, the manager agree to bring another one.

The hotel was right in the middle of Stresa and a 5 minute walk from the lake. A charming hotel and friendly owner and staff. There is parking, but we were lucky to get a space as it's a public carpark.
