Really nice place with great people next to the coast of San Vito Lo Capo. Everybody was so nice and the food was really good!

This was the only agritourismo stay on our 8 night tour of Sicily. It was a refreshing change after the town hotels. The location is lovely and quiet and our stay was relaxing. We dined as a group of 14 and the food was all delicious. All the staff we met were friendly and keen for us to enjoy our stay. We would happily returm.

This place is quite simple. It is a decent farm conversion. Rooms varied widely in size. Our room was damp: it hadnt been aired and we were visiting very early in the season. Other described their room as being snug. The pool was not yet available. Breakfast was quite simple but entirely adequate

Very lovely stay and dinner. Lots of history here. Rooms are a little rough around the edges but have character and atmosphere. Better than the last 3 four star hotels we stayed in around Sicily. A quiet location.

We only tried the restaurant and it was delicious. You need to try the amber wine and their local food.

Super friendly staff, looks like a family run hotel and restaurant. We went there because we are staying in Custonaci. The food was all cooked fresh and was truly Sicilian. It looked like the pasta was home made as well.

We spent a couple of nights at the hotel. Parking is available. The room is comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast is plentiful. The locality is ideal for exploring the area (Erice, Capo San Vito).

Very good lunch, I took Cassatalle ( homemade ravioli, stuffed with Ricotta ) and Caponata ( Typical sicilian vegetable dish ), everything was fresh , tasty and fairly priced. Service was also excellent.

I just stayed in this hotel for a week on a trip. Very clean hotel and delicious food. The owner Salvatore made himself available for anything I wanted to eat and the cook, his wife, cooks really well. I gave the rooms 4 stars only because my room was a bit small (I didn't see the other rooms). I would also return with my family without having any doubts. The price of half board is really good.

We stayed at this hotel because it was down the road from a house. We are building in Sicily. It also was an opportunity of meeting our new neighbors. They could not be more welcoming and helpful and friendly. It was a delight to stay there and we will definitely invite our friends to stay there when they come to visit.

Beautiful hotel with the most gorgeous view of the mountains! The pool and beach were amazing as well and the staff were so friendly! They had a lot of tips for different sights to see. I was on vacation in this wonderful place surrounded by greenery, the sea very close .. located a few minutes from the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the Faraglioni of Scopello. Clean rooms, super helpful staff to accommodate every request and abundant breakfast. I advise.

Food and service great! I was with my family - all was fine - from pizza to cous cous, from fish to children’s plates and a large park around the restaurant without being “stressed” while waiting the food (very short cycle)

VERY WELCOME AND VERY WELCOME B&B. The owners are friendly and helpful, the property is located a few kilometers from San Vito Lo Capo, a strategic point for visiting the beautiful coastline. My negative opinion on this establishment concerns the deception of the title of the offer "LUXURY double room" with an appropriate price. It's at most a super basic room, without decoration, with white walls and white furniture! (Only one wall behind the bed is painted blue). The ultimate in basic equipment: a mobile safe! that is to say not sealed to an adequate support. The height of poor stewardship...

Definitely a surprise, when reality surpasses the photos, large and clean room. Staff young but attentive to our needs and above all smiling. Always available. Clean swimming pool that can be used continuously from 10am to 7pm. I recommend trying it

We stayed three days and had a great time! Easy place to find, clean and bright hotel, pleasant welcome and very helpful staff. Simple but abundant breakfasts. The garden with swimming pool is very nice, surrounded by olive trees which helped us with the 40 degrees of those days. Covered paid parking otherwise free street parking, very quiet area. Not far from San Vito Lo Capo. We will be back!

It was a good hotel for the night, a bit far away, but Scopello itself is remote. This makes its beaches and landscapes otherworldly. What we didn't like was the breakfast, which was very limited in terms of variety. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with the best things to do around the hotel.

The Room was a bit old, the bed was noisy and the experience may be better with an expensive Room. Breakfast was typical Italian and the Pool was clean and nice for a swim. Overall not the most modern Hotel but a traditional italian Hotel.

IGNORE the reviews complaining about the parking being far away or the lack of an elevator, so ridiculous, these people should book Dubai as their next destination! Visited the restaurant only, great food in good size portions. The staff is amazing professional and cheerful at the same time, view takes the spectacle especially if there on the sunset hours. Would recommend to visit for dinner in the area.

There are mild in the bathroom, and the elevator did not work

Parking was a long way on a muddy open field. Rooms are small but cute. Left early as the nature reserve was closed, so no hiking there. Staff tried to understand.

The owners were unkind, unfriendly and rude to us . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because the location is very hard to get into. If you arrive by car you cannot bring the car to the hotel . You must walk quite a distance over uneven stones uphill and downhill. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly for a very long time and the drainage in the shower was very slow to say the least .

The hotel has the best location in all of Scopello. It's right in the center, just steps from the main square. Beautiful views from the restaurant and some rooms. It's a shame the hotel restaurant is closed in September, we would have loved to have dinner there. We had breakfast, but it wasn't worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly.
