Hotel Achibea in San Vito Lo Capo

My negative opinion on this establishment concerns the deception of the title of the offer "LUXURY double room" with an appropriate price. It's at most a super basic room, without decoration, with white walls and white furniture! (Only one wall behind the bed is painted blue). The ultimate in basic equipment: a mobile safe! that is to say not sealed to an adequate support. The height of poor stewardship: the room remained ajar after the cleaning lady came and therefore during our absence all day. No telephone in the room. Average bedding - towels and sheets not changed as promised. The staff even once folded the used bath towels damp and placed them on the bed as if to make it appear that they had been replaced! Hotel overall is very noisy as there were a lot of young children. In the swimming pool, at the breakfast restaurant, in the corridors: shouting, running, crying... Average breakfasts. Still a positive point: the staff during reception transferred us to a room upstairs to avoid the close proximity to the swimming pool because the room initially allocated was on the ground floor, close to the swimming pool! The hotel has parking for €10/day if you don't want to park for free on the street. In conclusion, the name "LUXURY room" is a lie and should cost less than €100.
