From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warmth, friendliness, and beautiful smiles. Maria Luisa, Chiara, and Giorgia are truly incredible. Not only stunning and beautiful this girls are, but also genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Their attitude and guest service skills reflect hospitality at the highest level. The service, without a doubt, is outstanding. Our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, facing the inner courtyard. It allowed us to sleep peacefully without any noise at all. The only downside about this room was a noticeable food and grease smell coming from the kitchen located below the room, which reached our space and could be very strong and uncomfortable. I must especially highlight Maria Luisa, who is an absolute angel, just like Giorgia and Chiara. These sweet girls are always helpful and consistently go the extra mile (Chiara) to ensure guests feel cared for and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect… right in the heart of everything, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and shops. It is very clean and easily accessible from the main street. Our room was super comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back the next time we return to Catania. Let me start by saying that the welcoming was warm and very friendly with a very beautiful smile. Giorgia has is an incredible girl and a great attitude and excellent representation of the great quality of this great hotel. Our very beautiful room very comfortable and very quiet facing the inner courtyard. You can’t hear anything and you can have a very good sleep.! I also have to mention Maria Luisa also just like Giorgia very sweet girls always helpful going the extra mile to meet your needs.! The hotel is located in the middle of everything. Restaurants, Boutique, Shops.! The hotel is very clean and easy access from the Main Street. My room was super comfortable. Bathroom and showers amazing. We will definitely comeback next time we return to Catania. I recommend to anyone who enjoys dining shopping and walking around. Thank you for all and we wish you continue great success. We had an amazing experience at Hotel MEO Design Suites & Spa! The hotel was absolutely wonderful — modern, clean, and beautifully updated. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the downtown core, close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

A special mention goes to Chiara and Giogia, who made our stay truly exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us a thorough tour of the hotel and our room, shared great recommendations for exploring the city, and even helped us prepare for our hike up Mount Etna. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel completely at home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff went above and beyond for all our needs. The hotel was in great location and absolutely stunning.

This is such a cool hotel, right in the old town of Catania. From our room we could see the basilica one way, and Mount Etna the other. It is a very contemporary space, set inside an old building, with ultra modern facilities, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

I had a wonderful experience in Sicily. The spa was pristine, the staff was attentive, and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The ambiance was serene, and the facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a rejuvenating getaway.
