Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant on site. Only thing amiss was my body shampoo was empty and it was late in the evening. I didn’t want to ask for more at that time of night. Shuttle from airport was very easy and convenient.

The breakfast and view was very nice, appreciated the Gym, but it closed too early for evening use. The site is quite large and feels a bit like a maze to navigate to the breakfast area. It is recommended not to come to this city, the streets are dirty and the hotel rooms are the only clean places in the city. The hotel does not have free parking, and you need to pay to park in a nearby commercial parking lot. The description of the Ctrip booking that there is a parking lot is misleading.

The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.

The room was decent, clean, and tidy. It's close to the sea with a private access path, though it's not a sandy beach. The grilled fish and pasta for dinner were good, prepared in a Mediterranean style with olive oil and salt, and quite tasty.

The room photos do not reflect reality; in fact, the reality is worse. We were given a room with carpets that had a bad odor, which made the entire room smell unpleasant. Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent.

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.

Location of the hotel is very centralised to most attractions. Unfortunately the hotel does not provide shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner and we were told to use bath foam as body wash and hair shampoo, which we find it very odd. The breakfast was not palatable.

Hotel situated in the very central area of Catania and few steps away from piazza elefante. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed but no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Parking is at Eur15, which is a must as its very hard to find a parking slot in the vicinity.

the rooms are a bit outdates, curtains are dirty and I booked a room with seaviews but I could see the tiniest bit of sea. Overall ok, beds comfortable, nice staff but overpriced.

We arrived around 9pm and were leaving at 4am so it was really just a place to stay. The shower would not drain so my partner took it apart and fixed it which was disgusting. The room was hot and never cooled off. We were too tired to move to a different room plus we knew it would be complicated since their computers were down. We didn’t use or see any of the amenities.

Not a great start as we had an interconnecting room and both our door and the one next to us were not locked. Someone was already occupying the room next door. Always checked the doors are locked if you have an interconnecting room! Front desk staff were helpful.

The hotel is magnificent, with a beautiful little garden and corridors. The staff speaks excellent English, making communication easy. They are warm, friendly, and very helpful. The stay was wonderful. They have an excellent staff and they serve excellent breakfast. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is a good choice for a short stay. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, service staff is friendly. The downside is that, even the hotel is located in a convenient location, it's too close to some run-down neighborhoods. I suggest the hotel staff provide guidance to the guests on areas to avoid.

Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early.

Booked this room for one night for my children arriving to join a family vacation. Area is riddled with prostitutes. No parking. Unsafe to walk in evenings as single females. Very basic room. Clean. Air conditioning. Would suggest you research other locations especially if you wish to stay longer than a quick overnight.

The hotel is built in an apartment style and features fairly modern rooms. Secured parking is available in front of the hotel. The hotel serves a good breakfast, and the rooms have TVs and air conditioning. The location is good for quickly reaching Catania's classic sights and the train station.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was very big (albeit a bit outdated), ACs worked well, large balcony, water dispenser in reception to fill bottles, very large selection of food during the breakfast. What’s more, the hotel gave me gluten free goodies during the breakfast which were sealed to reduce risk of contamination. Staff were nice and even gave my son a colouring book.

We stayed at the 4spa hotel Catania, not knowing what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Was exceptionally clean. The staff were amazingly helpful. Even though there was a language barrier everyone found a way around it.

Room was super clean and spacious, it also had a very large balcony area with great views on both sides. The outdoors swimming pool was also clean and nice, but we could only use it once since the other time it was totally reserved for some event. We were a party of two, one booked the standard room and one the deluxe room… The deluxe room was nearly twice the price of the standard room, but shockingly was smaller in size and because it is in the top floor that is not served by the elevator, you must walk up the stairs (carry your luggage) to the last floor. We had a day trip planned with a rental car that fell through due to an issue with our drivers license. The breakfast was a lovely assortment of Italian pastries, some meat and cheese, and fruit. The room was clean and comfortable but do bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the street noise is considerable. The room is also bright due to lights from outside, so a mask was a plus for me as well. I would happily stay here again. The staff, especially Paula, were friendly and very accommodating
