Nice and large room. Free shuttle service to the Catania airport

Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant on site. Only thing amiss was my body shampoo was empty and it was late in the evening. I didn’t want to ask for more at that time of night. Shuttle from airport was very easy and convenient.

The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.

The room was decent, clean, and tidy. It's close to the sea with a private access path, though it's not a sandy beach. The grilled fish and pasta for dinner were good, prepared in a Mediterranean style with olive oil and salt, and quite tasty.

The room photos do not reflect reality; in fact, the reality is worse. We were given a room with carpets that had a bad odor, which made the entire room smell unpleasant. Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent.

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.

The breakfast and view was very nice, appreciated the Gym, but it closed too early for evening use. The site is quite large and feels a bit like a maze to navigate to the breakfast area. the rooms are a bit outdates, curtains are dirty and I booked a room with seaviews but I could see the tiniest bit of sea. Overall ok, beds comfortable, nice staff but overpriced.

We arrived around 9pm and were leaving at 4am so it was really just a place to stay. The shower would not drain so my partner took it apart and fixed it which was disgusting. The room was hot and never cooled off. We were too tired to move to a different room plus we knew it would be complicated since their computers were down. We didn’t use or see any of the amenities.

Not a great start as we had an interconnecting room and both our door and the one next to us were not locked. Someone was already occupying the room next door. Always checked the doors are locked if you have an interconnecting room! Front desk staff were helpful.

It is recommended not to come to this city, the streets are dirty and the hotel rooms are the only clean places in the city. The room was very big and it was the only 4-star hotel I stayed in Italy that provided disposable slippers, and they were of very good quality. I stayed in 16 4-star hotels in Italy in one month. The heating was just not enough, it was only 11 degrees at night in early April...

The hotel does not have free parking, and you need to pay to park in a nearby commercial parking lot. The description of the Ctrip booking that there is a parking lot is misleading.

The host is extremely helpful. We were in a terrible situation where our booked accomodation got cancelled due to some issues and this property's host welcomed us even late at night. Cheap price and very near to beach. Beautiful location. Rooms are basic, do not expect any luxury. Great location if you have a late night or an early morning flight.

Not all the bungalows are next to the beach. Most aren't. They are old, there's holes on the bath tiles and doors covered by stickers. Everything is from 90s or 80s. The AC works great. Beds are mid. Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

Great hotel! Antonio, the bar manager makes the best Negroni cocktails! Our group had so much fun in the bar lounge area and Antonio was very professional and accommodating.

The hotel is a good choice for a short stay. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, service staff is friendly. The downside is that, even the hotel is located in a convenient location, it's too close to some run-down neighborhoods. I suggest the hotel staff provide guidance to the guests on areas to avoid.

Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early.

Booked this room for one night for my children arriving to join a family vacation. Area is riddled with prostitutes. No parking. Unsafe to walk in evenings as single females. Very basic room. Clean. Air conditioning. Would suggest you research other locations especially if you wish to stay longer than a quick overnight.

Room was lovely. We had a balcony view to the sea. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The restaurant was perfect for dinner. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There are places to eat nearby and a big grocery store. Very nice place.

It has a homey atmosphere, more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The entrance is a little hard to find, but the security is good so it's safe. The room interior was very cute and comfortable. We were given free coffee in the morning, which was a great touch of hospitality. I recommend it for families and couples.
