Amazing as usually! I stayed there more than 20 times and always happy. Reception team is friendliest ever, Antonella very cute. Room was amazing even had sunbed on balcony
The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.
The room was decent, clean, and tidy. It's close to the sea with a private access path, though it's not a sandy beach. The grilled fish and pasta for dinner were good, prepared in a Mediterranean style with olive oil and salt, and quite tasty.
The room photos do not reflect reality; in fact, the reality is worse. We were given a room with carpets that had a bad odor, which made the entire room smell unpleasant. The furniture was old, and the bathroom looked like it was from the '90s. Overall, we were disappointed, especially considering the high price for such a room. On the other hand, the public areas of the hotel looked quite good, and...
Very convenient place. Clean and friendly staffs. Highly recommend.
Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent.

Clean, not a bad breakfast, twenty minutes walk to the sights.
Staying here as a transit point to Syracuse and Taormina, the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and shopping streets, though a bit far from the train station. There's a bus stop right outside, but you need to buy your tickets in advance at the tobacco shop. There's also a convenient airport bus stop where you can buy tickets on board. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming...
It is recommended not to come to this city, the streets are dirty and the hotel rooms are the only clean places in the city. The room was very big and it was the only 4-star hotel I stayed in Italy that provided disposable slippers, and they were of very good quality. I stayed in 16 4-star hotels in Italy in one month. The heating was just not enough, it was only 11 degrees at night in early April...
Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, room a bit small with wardrobe not easily accessible
The hotel does not have free parking, and you need to pay to park in a nearby commercial parking lot. The description of the Ctrip booking that there is a parking lot is misleading.

Good position, well equipped, excellent breakfast, friendly staff
Outstanding location in heart of the old town, with most destinations walkable. High standard of furnishing and cleanliness. Quick ride to airport. All staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Good buffet breakfast.
Wonderful place to stay in Catania! Great city center location, minutes by walking to all points of interest and eateries. Hotel staff are very kind, and helpful. They will assist you if you want to take an excursion or provide you for food recommendations. Highly rated!
When you visit Sicily in August, you expect heat—and you’re prepared for it. But when you book a hotel with air conditioning, you expect your room to be a place to cool off and rest. Palace Catania UNA Esperienze struggled to provide that. We booked a Prestige Double Room with View. That evening, our room never dropped below 24.3°C (76°F). The hotel controls the A/C centrally and said rooms aren’t...
This is a review for the rooftop bar/restaurant. We have not stayed at the hotel. We saw a sign for the rooftop bar on the street and got curios. Nice and large room. Free shuttle service to the Catania airport
Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant on site. Only thing amiss was my body shampoo was empty and it was late in the evening. I didn’t want to ask for more at that time of night. Shuttle from airport was very easy and convenient.
Very convenient to airport with a free shuttle!  We would definitely stay there again
This is a wonderful location to stay a night before an early morning flight to the airport. The stay was wonderful too. The hotel has a big pool to relax and the grounds are kept neat. The room had a view of Mount Etna and it was thrilling to see the Mountain during Sunrise. The staff were friendly and receptive. Rooms were large with a big clean bed and linens. Bathroom was more than average...
We stay here every year the night before our flight. The staff are extremely helpful, the restaurant food and service is exceptional. Of course the location is perfect.
Woww, the best hotel room I have ever had!! Big spacious and clean. I loved it and I’d stay there again. The free shuttlebus service is awesome as well. They also have an empty garage if you are coming with a car 😍

The host is extremely helpful. We were in a terrible situation where our booked accomodation got cancelled due to some issues and this property's host welcomed us even late at night. Cheap price and very near to beach. Beautiful location. Rooms are basic, do not expect any luxury. Great location if you have a late night or an early morning flight.
Not all the bungalows are next to the beach. Most aren't. They are old, there's holes on the bath tiles and doors covered by stickers. Everything is from 90s or 80s. The AC works great. Beds are mid. The fridge in the room was super loud. There's planes. If you don't like the sound of planes over your head, don't book. It's right next to the beach. Beach chairs 5€/day. I chose a blanket. There's easy...
I will definitely go back. Practically on the sea. The beautiful beach a few meters from the bungalow. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and pleasant staff. Large green spaces. Restaurant and tobacconist. Nearby there are restaurants, bars and a Lidl reachable in a few minutes by car. Bus stop for Catania center right at the entrance of the structure. Airport 5 minutes away.
The houses are made of cardboard, very noisy from airplanes!
I was in this village at the beginning of December, a quiet place, clean village, beautiful room, friendly staff Stunning sea view I recommend it to you
Something fabulous. Bungalows right on the beach. A wonderful sunrise. Beautiful view of Etna. Clean tidy. A very nice employee - a great person. The breakfast was modest but the coffee was delicious. 12 minutes to the airport. Open 24 hours. I am very satisfied. This place probably benefits in the summer, during the season. Great hotel! Antonio, the bar manager makes the best Negroni cocktails! Our group had so much fun in the bar lounge area and Antonio was very professional and accommodating.
The hotel is a good choice for a short stay. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, service staff is friendly. The downside is that, even the hotel is located in a convenient location, it's too close to some run-down neighborhoods. I suggest the hotel staff provide guidance to the guests on areas to avoid.
Antonio, the bar manager,  was fantastic!!!!!  Made excellent recommendations for cocktails.
Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early.
Nice stay in modern very clean rooms. First floor room 016 was very quiet and spacious. No extra seating though. Breakfast is very good. Sicilian pastries and good italian coffees. Self service American coffee for those that miss the weaker variety. Antonio and Frederica were extremely helpful and attentive hosts. Heard about rougher areas nearby but feels safe if you stay in the touristy parts...
Booked this room for one night for my children arriving to join a family vacation. Area is riddled with prostitutes. No parking. Unsafe to walk in evenings as single females. Very basic room. Clean. Great hotel and well situated. The staff were very helpful.
Easy to move between connecting gates, as well safe and accomdating.
Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was very big (albeit a bit outdated), ACs worked well, large balcony, water dispenser in reception to fill bottles, very large selection of food during the breakfast. What’s more, the hotel gave me gluten free goodies during the breakfast which were sealed to reduce risk of contamination. Staff were nice and even gave my son a colouring book.
The property is conveniently located, easy walking distance to areas of interest. Its about a 30 min walk to the train station. Room is clean and light, staff are really helpful.
Good location for getting a feel of the city during what was a very brief visit. Room was spacious and staff were friendly.

Excellent and friendly service from all the staff. Centrally located within easy walk of town centre. Reasonable parking - both street via pay and display or hotel parking over the road for €20 per 24 hrs. All in all an excellent choice for Catania.

The breakfast and view was very nice, appreciated the Gym, but it closed too early for evening use. The site is quite large and feels a bit like a maze to navigate to the breakfast area. Service was very good, but parking is pay per night. You can park at back of the hotel for free on the road...Rooms seem a little outdated, at least the one I was in, but overall really good.

As a 5-star hotel, it's a bit dated and needs updating. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied, and delicious. Friendly staff.
Rustic decor is impressive. Gound is outstanding. Facilities a bit dated. Very convenient for airport.
The door of the room is unique and big enough. The service is nice. It is close to the airport and train station. It is the best choice for a one-day trip to Catania via Taormina. The breakfast is also very good.

Service equivalent to other hotels in this category but hotel needs renovation small double room with private bathroom
the rooms are a bit outdates, curtains are dirty and I booked a room with seaviews but I could see the tiniest bit of sea. Overall ok, beds comfortable, nice staff but overpriced.
We arrived around 9pm and were leaving at 4am so it was really just a place to stay. The shower would not drain so my partner took it apart and fixed it which was disgusting. The room was hot and never cooled off. We were too tired to move to a different room plus we knew it would be complicated since their computers were down. We didn’t use or see any of the amenities.
Not a great start as we had an interconnecting room and both our door and the one next to us were not locked. Someone was already occupying the room next door. Always checked the doors are locked if you have an interconnecting room! Front desk staff were helpful.
Nice hotel. Rooms were nice, roomy balcony. Only slight negative was hotel situated a bit far out from the centre. Although there is a bus stop directly outside there were few buses and no indication of a timetable so you cant rely on a bus and taxi's very expensive

Stay Details. I visited Catania during the last days of September with my husband, and spent two nights in the hotel. Giulia and Paolo are so hospitable! very sweet people who are always offering help. I mean it when i say that you don't have this service in some 5 star hotels. The location is good in the way that it is at 5 minute walking distance to Catania Centrale, but the surrounding area is very very run down and quite sketchy, even during the day. Good basic hotel. Large rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast. We requested breakfast very early and this was no problem. Close to trainstation. Short walk to center. Surroundings of the hotel are not that good. Rubbish in te streets and not well mantained. Besides this, good option.

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.
