3 night stay at this B&B.
Nothing to say about the location (rather central) of the place if it were not for the poor acoustic insulation of the walls and French windows which, given the city nightlife and the fish market (early morning), prevented an adequate rest if without ear plugs.
The greatest inconvenience, however, was the absence of running water at certain times of the day and above all the lack of assistance from the manager of the B&B, to our every report.

Booked two single rooms well in advance. 24 hours before arrival I receive a message (while I was taking a seat on the plane to reach Catania) where I am informed that a room is no longer available, despite the fact that the cost of both has already been charged for days. As soon as I landed I call the manager of the B&B who in a rude way does not explain the reason for the problem and does not even find an alternative solution. I receive the refund only after the intervention of the assistance center of the portal to which I have entrusted. I do a little research on the internet and I discover that this is a "trick" repeated over time with malice. STAY AWAY !!!

Noise, the smell of fried fish from the restaurant below that spreads through the air conditioner and when you wake up a nice giant cockroach. I would like nothing more from life if I were an iguana! But they are not and we fled, wasting a morning on Etna to sift through our suitcases and find another accommodation facility. Obviously no even emotional assistance and much less practical from the owner and reimbursements not even talking about it.

We book 5 nights, we can't find a suite because the google location and the reality are 2. But no one answers the messages or the text messages / they are paid so ... No indication, sign, we are outside. we urgently find another place to spend the night (palazzo de brucca/very good) and the next day, nothing, still no answer, no concern for the customers. outrageous and shameful. the reimbursement of the night but above all a message, an apology was the least of things, because not even reachable by email and the young woman who gives the keys "does not speak English well" and will not be present until 7 p.m.... We will not even mention the TV which works alternately, too badly placed.

They cancel my reservation less than 24 hours before arrival. I booked a King room with balcony with private bathroom several days before, finding the contact on Google and alas not booking through booking. Less than 24 hours before arrival, they send me a message that due to a broken pipe in the room it was not possible to accommodate me and cancel the reservation without offering me alternatives. Unfortunately I read here in the reviews that they have done this game several times and with more guests ... shameful. I advise everyone not to trust the hospitality of these people.
