The entire experience was fantastic. Antonio—the host—was warm, welcoming and beyond accommodating. Everything about our stay was first-rate. I would absolutely come back again

We were only there for one night but have already decided to go back to visit again! Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Erice was wonderful but the hotel room was very dated. Also, our air conditioner didn’t work and the breakfast food was average. I would not stay here again.

Good food, bad service. Plates were brought at different times, and they did not have one of the only two main courses in the menu, and were only able to tell us that after bringing the first course (pasta).

This Hotel is gorgeous! Perfect location in the heart of Erice. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely big comfy bed. We loved the decor in the room it felt so traditional! Antonio went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. He reserved us tables in the restaurant which has breathtaking views and absolutely delicious meals with a 5 star waiter service. We had...

IL Carmine is a former convent and a historic building. Beautiful architecture. Very nice restaurant. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean with excellent ensuite bathrooms. Beautiful village. Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. Simple but comfortable and very clean room with exceptional bathroom. Dinner was excellent, with large portions and very nice wine, and the orange juice at breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my life.

Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and cozy. The bed was soft. The staff were friendly. We stayed mid October, during the off season, so the hotel restaurant was closed. I wish I would have know that in advance. Also, most restaurants were also closed for dinner in the area. Overall, good experience.

Very nice and welcoming stuff, great location right in the city center which you can enjoy from the balcony (better at the first floor than our second). We missed the minibar which should be there due to booking, the rooms are bit older which you can experience mostly in the bathroom, but its a cute little hotel in the heart of erice.

Best restaurant in Sicily so far, the pasta dishes were incredible and so was the canolo. The staff was so nice and the prices reasonable. Highly recommend

Best restaurant in Erice. Don’t miss this gem!!! Not touristy, truly authentic and home style cooking. Order the Buon Ricordo 4-course set menu at 40€ or the Tipico(typical) Menu at 25€and get a limited edition ceramic plate for the union of buon ricordo restaurants(if you order the 40€ menu). The best dishes are - swordfish rolls(involtini di spada) and the cous cous di pesce. Best meal in Sicily...

Great location in a fantastic town. Comfortable, no-frills but clean room.

Enjoyed the lunch we had here. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. A fairly wide range of Sicilian and Italian dishes on the menu.

We had lunch here in late June. I had the tuna focaccia sandwich, my daughters shared a lasagna and my wife ordered a panini that she won’t stop talking about. She has described it as a taste sensation. All positive reviews.

Teresa and Antonio helped us with the free car park and luggage. They have been really helpful people. The location is exactly in the middle of Erice and the view from our room was spectacular. Simple but wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. Strongly recommended.

Small and quaint. The entire area is hard to get to. Parked and the hotel staff put our luggage in their car and brought up to us. It is an old building that could use a bit of love. The staff are kind and try really hard. Important to note there are no elevators.

Nice location, very helpful owner

Rooms are pretty simple but comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Historic sites and very helpful staff

The receptionist was very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even made my husband an omelette for breakfast!

Maria was excellent. breakfast was a 10! parking is tough but happy they have reserved free parking onsite.

Perfect location to visit Erice.
