This Hotel is gorgeous!
Perfect location in the heart of Erice.
The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely big comfy bed.
We loved the decor in the room it felt so traditional!
Antonio went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. He reserved us tables in the restaurant which has breathtaking views and absolutely delicious meals with a 5 star waiter service. We had such a special time in Erice and even got engaged in this beautiful village.
We will definitely be returning!

Erice was wonderful but the hotel room was very dated. Also, our air conditioner didn’t work and the breakfast food was average. I would not stay here again.

Good food, bad service. Plates were brought at different times, and they did not have one of the only two main courses in the menu, and were only able to tell us that after bringing the first course (pasta).

Best cappuccino I’ve ever had! Came here for drinks and loved seating in the courtyard patio surrounded by all sorts of plants and fresh air. Service was wonderful. Antonio was very helpful and informative. Thanks!

The breakfast was completely lacking and almost empty, even though it hadn’t closed yet at 9:30 in the morning. So, the charge doesn’t make sense if you go an hour before closing and find it empty.
But the worst part was the very aggressive behavior of the person at the reception . I was on the verge of calling the police.
There was an incident where we were not allowed to leave, even though we had already given the room number, completed the check-out, and settled all pending payments — supposedly over a disputed €2.
I would not recommend this place for this very serious reason that concerns safety.
