Clean, very nice room and good amenities. Very quiet location

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent. It is in a good location to explore many beautiful sites like Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and Scopello. We hope to return in the future!

Punta Tipa is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing sea view. Reception is very friendly and welcoming. We didn't stay in the B&B but in the apartment nearby. The owner was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed, from breakfast with a choice of croissants at the time we wanted, to the room being cleaned every day and towels changed! A good B&B in a very convenient location for visiting Trapani and its surroundings. It's just steps from the important and magnificent Basilica and Sanctuary of Maria SS dell'Annunziata (Madonna di Trapani). We had a great stay at this hotel. When we first arrived, our assigned room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a big issue for me since I am pregnant. However, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and changed our room immediately without any hassle. We were highly satisfied with the service and the overall quality of the staff. Giuseppe and his staff are amazing. And the city of trapani was a super cute one. The breakfast is simples, but the guy making espressos is one of a kind. Ok, tiziano might be a little on the far side from the city cute center, but walking is peaceful day and night, and comon, is good to walk after eating that great trapanean feast and watching the sunset on the walls of the shore.

We chose this hotel based on the free parking, which is behind the building. The immediate area is somewhat industrial but seemed safe and was easy to drive to area restaurants. We drove to the cable car parking lot for Erice in 10 minutes.

I just stayed in this hotel for a week on a trip. Very clean hotel and delicious food. The owner Salvatore made himself available for anything I wanted to eat and the cook, his wife, cooks really well. I gave the rooms 4 stars only because my room was a bit small (I didn't see the other rooms). I would also return with my family without having any doubts. The price of half board is really good.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel in a very spacious, clean triple room with comfortable beds, a large, impeccable bathroom, and a generous breakfast with delicious traditional desserts made by the owner. The hotel is strategically located for both Trapani Airport and the main attractions. The friendly owner, Mr. Salvatore, is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!
