I arrived late, and the room was 27degrees. It would have been nice if they had switched the airco on to cool the room. Nice breakfast. A 5min walk to the beach.

Highly recommend I have stayed at Palazzo Gatto several times. Front desk staff is kind and helpful, eager to solve any problems. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast buffet, wonderful spa. Hotel Russo is in the heart of Trapani, very good location and very good price if you book directly on their web site☺️. I got very useful tips at the reception (open 24h) on what to visit and where to eat. The room is a little dated, but very cleaned, with tv, wifi and a coffee machine ☕ at disposal.

I had a great stay at Albergo Russo. Facilities are super clean and include a coffee area and are conveniently First of all I felt very welcomed there and all of my questions were patiently answered. I had lots of sound advice in order to make the most of my trip and could not have had such a wonderful trip without their help. If in Trapani again I would most certainly return there!

Room was spacious and with a perfect view. Staff were very friendly and spoke English language. Breakfast was really good with Sicilian meals as well. There is a seafood kiosk/dining just a few steps away serving fresh seafood. Access to the sea is only possible when the sea is calm.

Despite some other comments I found the staff to be be friendly and helpful. The restaurant and wine tasting were excellent. Breakfast was good and rooms were very nice. My only criticism of the room was that the shower could do with a clean up around the joints. The food was great from both the tasting menu and the Al la carte. Altogether a very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was better than expected. The hotel is nicer in person than in the photos. The staff is very friendly. They did not speak any English, so this can be a challenge for those who do not speak much Italian, but we were able to make do. :]

We have been stayed 1 night in Trapany and found this place is very good choice exploring old city especially when you traveling around Sicily with a car, just few steps from huge parking lots. Good budget place to just stay overnight and explore the city in a day time. Beds were very comfortable, AC working and room was well cleaned every day, also good coffee is incluuded and you can drink it in the morning on the balcony.

If you are looking for accommodation in the city, I recommend it. The rooms were cleaned every day, the host was very helpful. It's close to the Erica cable car, about a 15-minute walk, and the port is about a 40-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus.

Really very friendly owners and willing to give advice. Large room overlooking the square in front. Good breakfast: the lady prepares excellent jams, juices and cakes. The only flaw does not have a lift, therefore demanding depending on the luggage you have. Despite this I recommend it !!

We only stayed one night but I must admit that my friends and I were extremely satisfied. Spacious, clean triple room, new bathroom with everything you need (soaps, shampoo, hairdryer). Thank you very much to the owners we had a short but lovely stay. The room was spotless and there was everything we needed, including a fridge in our room. Plenty of parking outside. The included breakfast was great, lots of options available (including gluten free), freah products, homemade cakes. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to our friends.
