A great space to relax and unwind by the pool, very calm and enjoyable atmosphere. The property itself has excellent potential given the spacious grounds and beautiful setting. However, the rooms feel quite outdated, particularly the sheets and curtains. With some investment in modernising the décor and upgrading the linens, this place could truly thrive and become a standout destination.

I absolutely enjoyed the stay. So nice and open-hearted stuff which speak fluent English. They had changed our rooms because of bugs (from olive trees and ants) and there were no further problems. Hotel position excellent on the main road of Modica, walking distance from city center. Amenities a bit old, specially shower very small and shower head a bit crazy. All in all anyway a good quality-price ratio.

Just as it should be Reasonably modern hotel in the centre of Modica with easy pedestrian access to all the sights. Simple check, clean and comfortable room, on site (across the road) secure overnight parking, decent swimming pool, nice breakfast. Everything was just as it should be.

Stayed 1 night as part of cycling tour of Sicily. While this hotel appears to be a bit out of the way it's quite walkable into the centre of Modica. The room and breakfast were both excellent. Although it's next to the train station there was no noise from the trains.

It's one of the best 4☆ hotels in the area, big comfortable rooms and well managed, a bit hard to reach but that is due to the city planning. Private parking is also a big plus

Just outside of town, ie 10mins walk, but quiet so a good nights sleep. Rooms very clean, enough space, good shower, wifi, a relatively modern building. Breakfast average, too much pre-packed food, ie not enough fresh food / juice, coffee grim.

Very nice city, the staff was friendly and supportive. The heating wasn’t warm enough and we have to keep it on the whole day but still cold at night. The breakfast is limited but ok. No tea/coffee maker in the rooms and no one at small bar .

The location is great and the welcome we received was great ( it feels a bit mean to criticise but need to). This is an olde building next to the cathedral in Modica alta. Essentially the interior has been ripped out and replaced with something ultra modern. Furnishings are cheap and cleanliness is not great (stains on the carpet and mould inThe shower). Strategically located for visiting the city, just a short walk from the center but thankfully away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. A delightful B&B close to Modica's historic center. Angelita's warm hospitality and helpfulness made us feel right at home. She gave us many tips on places to visit and restaurants. The generous and varied breakfast featured delicious homemade pastries prepared by the hostess.

This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area.

I tried the suite with hydromassage and sauna in the room, really fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff but above all the food at the restaurant was really good. There is also an outdoor area with synthetic grass where you can sunbathe and sip the champagne offered ＜3

Area is quiet, supermarket & some bars/pizzerias within walking distance but you need a car to visit Modica etc, super close to Scicli which is a beautiful town. The hotel was in a tranquil location and perfect for travelling with electric charging car since it has the possibility of charging electric vehicles onsite at a cost of 15e per charge. Fantastic stay. Don't let the low rate fool you. This hotel could be 3X the price. The breakfast was top notch (there was an extra charge but worth it). The whole environment of the hotel is exceptional. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff extremely courteous and so polite. Great pool area and breakfast restaurant. Ample parking space. Everything was great except for the restaurant manager, whose attitude was appalling. He seemed to go out of his way to ruin our evening - clearly more interested in asserting control over a group of women than providing good service. It felt like he was on a power trip, taking himself far too seriously. Really disappointing behaviour in an otherwise lovely place.

I stayed 4 nights. We were a large group and caused a bit of a stir. The girls, extremely kind and helpful, were able to manage the entire group perfectly, meeting everyone's various requests and needs. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is OK, not far from the station, the town is not big, and activities are quite convenient. The boss lady is quite cost-conscious. Continental breakfast, nothing special.

It's surprisingly far from the city center and difficult to walk to, so please be careful. However, there is a small garden and a field, so you can relax. The breakfast is also very luxurious, with a variety of sweets, tarts, freshly squeezed fruit juice, and more. This is a great B&B to relax at.

Great value for the $$. Though it’s not in the heart of the city, the setting is private and serene. Really liked our very friendly hosts. They were very helpful and accommodating. Private parking was a must and it’s great. The breakfast is a little not like breakfast that we’re used to, but it was still nice if you want meat and cheese. The small inn is a B&B surrounded by a beautiful garden. We had asked for a double room but there was availability of a triple room which was actually a bit small, in fact we had to ask the lady to take a chair away because we were afraid of tripping especially at night. Giogaia B&B hotel is a nice place to stay! We were travelling from Syracuse in Sicily, visiting Modika and Noto nearby. Great location, great service, friendly hosts made our stay very comfortable. The whole place is wonderfully decorated in baroc style and the couple hosting the place is overwhelmingly hospital. This hotel is suitable for those driving, with underground parking. It's a 5-10 minute drive to Modica Old Town (there's no ZTL service in the Old Town). The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located with a gas station and two supermarkets downstairs. Our room had a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—a truly impressive feature and a very good experience.

This boutique hotel is right next to a gas station on the roadside. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. The service is polite, warm and thoughtful.

I liked the hotel. The location next to the gas station did not bother me. By Italian standards, the breakfast was excellent and varied. Although the croissants were not impressive, the choice and quality of the food was good. Delicious coffee. There were problems with connecting to wifi, but I managed to solve it myself (the reception staff could not help). The SPA costs 20 euros for 50 minutes.
