My husband and I were on our way back to Pozzallo from Modica and stopped for lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Our server Rita was wonderful! The food was amazing! My husband and I are both Italian American and appreciate good Italian food. My ravioli with the pork sauce was out of this world! My husband is a chef and his pasta ragu was also amazing. Rita's selection of red wine was perfect! Will definitely be back!

air conditioner didn't work, internet didn't work, no lights outside when dark, no signs to find the right building, no elevators. TERRIBLE staff at the reception- no help from them at all, when we complained that internet not working, they didn't do anything, just said "tomorrow it would work " knowing we woud leave next morning... Very Poor breakfast.

Hotel very quiet a ghost hotel staff could not do enough for you room was very roomy and spotless. Food was very good coffee excellent . Given plastic knives and forks in the breakfast buffet and coffee in paper cups !!!! This hotel is out in the sticks and we had to drive 1 and 1/2 hours in the dark to get here from the airport. Arrived at 10.30pm and asked could we have dinner the chef stayed behind to prepare food for the two of us overall a good experience but too far from anywhere

We spent a few days in this resort as a family. It was well situated, lovely gardens, very clean rooms. Food was decent but not stellar, as were some of the staff who were at times brusque and seemed annoyed at our requests. A/C was inconsistent— some rooms were frigid while in others you could barely feel it was on. The pool was by far the nicest feature. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and mopped every day and towels were replaced daily. The decor was a bit heavy and outdated and could use a remodeling. Overall the resort fit our needs for a nice family break very nicely. Thanks!

Very bad experience. We found ants on the bed, hairs everywhere, dirty rooms. Very poor food quality. Non-existent service with rude waiters. When I asked to change the sheets they brought me a change asking me to change them myself. An experience not to be repeated, ever.

Isolated and deserted. Difficult to find. Very disappointed. Staff not particularly helpful. We were 2 blocks from reception with no phone or wifi. No information about facilities, tired decor, no bin for sanitary items. Obliged to eat at hotel due to isolation but refused restaurant entry on 2nd night as apparently we had not booked in spite of being residents! Breakfast basic, plastic cutlery and coffee or tea in paper cups! This was a 4× hotel!!

Location is isolated so you have limited opportunities for food, drinks and entertainment. The hotel was like a ghost town therefore devoid of any atmosphere. Breakfast was buffet, very,very limited choice of basic items.Plastic cups and cutlery. Restuarant limited menu and drinks. Food OK but nothing special.
Staff fantastic,friendly and helpful.
