Close to city centre, parking is included for €10 per day, but we were asked to leave our keys with the staff when using their garage. We weren't informed of this before checking in, when we had already seen someone in the garage (I assume the owner) moving cars of guests around. It made me uncomfortable but since I didn't have other options I had to agree. Rooms are spacious, but bland and empty...

We stayed for two nights in November in junior suite and arrived by car. Parking is funny arrangement in not fit for purpose garage where older man asks you to double park… it is 10 euros a day. Room was available to us after check in time of 3pm. We had to wait another 30 min. It was strange as that night we did not see many guests. Junior suite was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. The location is good. We reserved parking in advanceso wecpuld park in underground parking. The room is fair size. Breakfast is nice. No coffe maker and kettle.

This hotel has spacious rooms in good condition. It is situated 12 mins walk from the railway station towards the cathedral and is well situated for the Ragusa side of town.

The minute I went into my room you could smell the mould. The bathroom needs either a deep clean or a total Reno, Carpets in the hallways were faded and buckled - major trip hazard. Although the reception area looked nice that didn’t flow through to the rooms. Very basic services. Rooms are ok, breakfast is in an upleasant echoing space. The selection is very limited except for sweets In between and for lunch you have to move to other places because there is no offer. Most of the staff is unfriendly

We had this as one of our stops for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. No traffic sounds and very peaceful. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was well organized and clean nice decor. Would recommend it to anybody who wants time away from hurly burly. We didn't have time to experience the pool or spa unfortunately.

Really amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was operating with a five star attitude. The hotel is a little older and does need some love though. A few coats of paint and some repairs would bring the item back to five stars.

Reminds us of The Plaza NYC Outstanding hotel, while immediate entrance looks questionable the furnishings in the guest quarters on the 2-3rd floors are like a museum. Rooms are spotlessly clean. An unusual surprise in the new part of Ragusa.

Staff was incredibly helpful in figuring out our way around town and with parking. The room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet too. And the location is perfect with a short walk to the main streets. Breakfast was also excellent!

It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first since we were driving and were trying to avoid the ZTL zones. But once we did the front desk service was great. Very good location, dedicated staff, you receive support for any problem, and flexible. The hotel is clean. They provide support for meetings and social activities. Nice staff, breakfast is industrial and not tasty, the elevator is loud. I like their bar next to the hotel and comfortable beds. Bathroom a bit outdated, the shower was fixed and not flexible. The do not disturb system was not functioning, AC was sometimes turning on in the night.. If you do not spend too much time in the hotel, it is a good choice.

This hotel was fine. Nothing special. We were there between Christmas and Nye so no one was there and they didn't even bother opening the bar or restaurant which was kind of annoying as it was torrential rain and we didn't really want to go out. Other than that, it has a pretty decent location and the rooms were clean, if not all that comfy. If the price is decent, you can't really go too wrong.

Fantastic location and charming staff. The best beds of the trip. Elegantly appointed and well maintained. It is a converted palazzo so the layout was a bit strange. Each of our rooms included two king beds in two generously sized rooms…one medium firm and one firm. But only one chair. There were benches too so plenty of room. Villa Carlotta is a property with great potential, however some details should be improved. For example, there is no battery charging socket near the head of the bed, which in 2023 is a major inconvenience for cell phones. The structure is beautiful and pleasant. Lovely hotel with beautiful room, very large and comfy bed, and super linens! Shower is large and water quality is nice. Hotel restaurant, MU, is FABULOUS. The only thing I would revise is adding in some improved soundproofing in the hallways. The pool is huge and there is free parking. Owner, Mauro and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The area has one of the best buildings, modern but with architectural respect for its ancient origins, the Michelin star restaurant is an unforgettable experience, the pool is excellent, relaxing like home.

Everything was even better than imagined! The staff, the property, its location, the restaurant - the dinner the wines…the room was sweet, the bathroom was new and fresh. The design of the property was excellent. A beautiful adaptive reuse. And lovely to walk outside into Ragusa’s public gardens.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillow. Since the building is stony, the accoustics are very loud, so don't go here if you want to spent time in your room and want some silence; you hear all the staff (rattling cleaning vehicle ), guests arriving/leaving untill night, and noises from the cooking classes. It was a lovely stay! We booked the entire place for a large family gathering for a week. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, with home made jams. Enrico and his mom were very supportive with accommodating our constant change requests and they organized an amazing dinner from local produce at the property. Quite, rural feel location but easy driving distance to town to the beach.

Beautiful Ragusa Modern updated B & B located at the border of Ragusa Ibla & Superior so a bit far to walk for sightseeing but close enough to drive. Host absolutely friendly! Mattress may need an upgrade as it felt I sunk in a bit despite the mattress topper.

It was a great accommodation experience. We booked this homestay temporarily and immediately received an email from the owner asking us what time we would arrive. When we drove there, the owner was already waiting for us. The room was very clean, with a kitchen and washing machine. The landlord was kind, warm and thoughtful.

We visited only for lunch, so I cannot comment about accommodation. The restaurant is set in a wonderful terrace overlooking the beautiful sicilian countryside. The hosts are extremely welcoming and polite and the food was fantastic. Will definitely go again.

We had a fabulous stay at Tursimo Rurale Cozzo di Papaleo. Giorgio and team were very hospitable. The rooms were well appointed and meals were great. It’s a great base to expire Ragusa area.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Ibla. It's also within walking distance of the bus terminal, which recently moved from Zama Street to Scalo Merci behind the station. The facilities and rooms are not bad, but they are undeniably old. The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

It’s a good location but it’s noisy as my room wax on street and it’s busy all night ! It needs soundproofing ! Breakfast is routine stuff , they have honey , dinner is extra but okay ! Comfortable hotel It was a good stay in a historical town. Only thing was the room I was given had a double bed that was made up of 2 single beds so I couldn’t sleep in the middle as I was by myself. Staff were really helpful n friendly. There was also a pretty good restaurant in the hotel which has won many Michelin gourmand for many years.

While the hotel was charming and picturesque, the fact that there was no lift/elevator was a bit of a problem after climbing them for a couple of days. Marvellous (and very interesting) building and very helpful staff, especially with recommendations for evening dining, Ragusa is blessed with a more than ample supply of good restaurants.The downsides were that the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished and the streetparking is a bit of a problem.

Our highest recommendation. The view has no equal. The owner went out of her way and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She was also an excellent tour guide and information source. The breakfast was amazing. Many small touches and efforts that made our stay memorable and one of our most enjoyable.
