Loved it! ! It was a castle into a hotel. Enchanting! Walking distance d to everything. The staff: Giuseppe, was super helpful and incredibly nice! Our room was quiet and private and looked like a wine cellar, very romantic!

Really amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was operating with a five star attitude. The hotel is a little older and does need some love though. A few coats of paint and some repairs would bring the item back to five stars.

They should double check their Wi-Fi service in the rooms

Reminds us of The Plaza NYC Outstanding hotel, while immediate entrance looks questionable the furnishings in the guest quarters on the 2-3rd floors are like a museum. Rooms are spotlessly clean. An unusual surprise in the new part of Ragusa.

Close to city centre, parking is included for €10 per day, but we were asked to leave our keys with the staff when using their garage. We weren't informed of this before checking in, when we had already seen someone in the garage (I assume the owner) moving cars of guests around. We stayed for two nights in November in junior suite and arrived by car. Parking is funny arrangement in not fit for purpose garage where older man asks you to double park… it is 10 euros a day. We had this as one of our stops for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. No traffic sounds and very peaceful. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was well organized and clean nice decor. Would recommend it to anybody who wants time away from hurly burly. We didn't have time to experience the pool or spa unfortunately.

The property has a pool, in good location and nice view. Your room needs to be at the main property to enjoy the full view. If you are at the extension area, there is limited or no view and no balcony. The hotel is located within walking distance of Ibla. It's also within walking distance of the bus terminal, which recently moved from Zama Street to Scalo Merci behind the station. The facilities and rooms are not bad, but they are undeniably old. The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

While the hotel was charming and picturesque, the fact that there was no lift/elevator was a bit of a problem after climbing them for a couple of days. Luckily at the front desk Alberto was able to fetch our luggage and was super helpful. Our friends had problems with a leaky shower and there were no tissues in the bathroom! Everything was even better than imagined! The staff, the property, its location, the restaurant - the dinner the wines…the room was sweet, the bathroom was new and fresh. The design of the property was excellent. A beautiful adaptive reuse. And lovely to walk outside into Ragusa’s public gardens.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillow. Since the building is stony, the accoustics are very loud, so don't go here if you want to spent time in your room and want some silence; you hear all the staff (rattling cleaning vehicle ), guests arriving/leaving untill night, and noises from the cooking classes. Comfortable hotel It was a good stay in a historical town. Only thing was the room I was given had a double bed that was made up of 2 single beds so I couldn’t sleep in the middle as I was by myself. Staff were really helpful n friendly. There was also a pretty good restaurant in the hotel which has won many Michelin gourmand for many years.

We had a small issue when we checked in that our showerhead was broken, but as soon as I mentioned it to Giuseppe at the front desk it was fixed the same day. Beautiful Ragusa Last minute booking, came in late hosted waited for us. In the heart of Ragusa Ibla which was fantastic. Host allows you to keep your luggage in office after check out while you tour town. Parking is limited & must climb several stairs to get to your destination. Only thing is our shower had a curtain that stuck to your body, does not reach the floor therefore water sprayed out.

Location of property is easily approach to old town Ibla and also bus stop to bus terminal,train station. Host welcomed at the property and explain everything. She allowed very earlier than check in and also allowed me to stay until late. It was very helpful for adjusting of my public transportation.

A warm and friendly welcome from Enrico greeted us on arrival. Our apartment and the complex is newly renovated (although pool was nt yet ready). The apartment was fab with a lovely private terrace and breakfast was superb (homemade fig cake was a stand out). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful structure in Ragusa. We stayed for three nights, a family atmosphere thanks to Mrs. Antonietta who puts guests at ease. Excellent and plentiful breakfast... all homemade. The only flaw but it doesn't depend on the management and the location is not very easy to find. Be careful, navigators in this area are not reliable.

Beautiful Ragusa Modern updated B & B located at the border of Ragusa Ibla & Superior so a bit far to walk for sightseeing but close enough to drive. Host absolutely friendly! Mattress may need an upgrade as it felt I sunk in a bit despite the mattress topper.

It was a great accommodation experience. We booked this homestay temporarily and immediately received an email from the owner asking us what time we would arrive. When we drove there, the owner was already waiting for us. The room was very clean, with a kitchen and washing machine. The landlord was kind, warm and thoughtful.
