Very quiet, cozy and nice place. Around your room you also have access to a small garden with fruit trees, a clean and pleasant area near the house. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast exceeded all expectations (I'm attaching a photo). Compared to other B&Bs I've visited in Sicily, the amenities of this location can be attributed to the rank of a small hotel! The room is clean, comfortable. There is free parking on the territory - which is a big plus on the narrow Sicilian streets)

We booked at the last minute due to a ferry cancellation back to Malta, and Rosa was incredibly welcoming. She even offered us some local chocolates and jelly, which was a lovely touch. We also needed a safe place to park our motorcycles, and they kindly accommodated us.

Very clean and tidy, with a warm welcome upon arrival — even with sweets to greet us. The young lady assisting us at check-in was exceptionally friendly, professional, and charming. We enjoyed a wonderful little chat with her, which made the experience even more special. Thank you!

We had a good overall experience at this B&B. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and parking was easy and convenient.
Just a note—there’s no pool or tennis court on site. They do have a partnership with the local sports centre, but you’ll need to drive there as well as to most places in the area. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, but a bit too small for three people.
The staff made up for it with their warm hospitality and great local recommendations. Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to stay!

It's surprisingly far from the city center and difficult to walk to, so please be careful.
However, there is a small garden and a field, so you can relax. The breakfast is also very luxurious, with a variety of sweets, tarts, freshly squeezed fruit juice, and more.

Great value for the $$. Though it’s not in the heart of the city, the setting is private and serene. Really liked our very friendly hosts. They were very helpful and accommodating. Private parking was a must and it’s great. The breakfast is a little not like breakfast that we’re used to, but it was still nice if you want meat and cheese. Great for a night or two, but maybe not more than that.

Excellent structure, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff, with a relaxing garden full of fruit and plants with fragrant flowers, to be returned soon. Excellent location near the centre. Modica beautiful town to visit both high and low with beautiful churches

The small inn is a B&B surrounded by a beautiful garden. We had asked for a double room but there was availability of a triple room which was actually a bit small, in fact we had to ask the lady to take a chair away because we were afraid of tripping especially at night. However, both the room and the bathroom were spotless and furnished with excellent taste. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Parking inside the B&B is a bit inconvenient. The owner was very kind and helpful and gave us various suggestions on where to dine and how to get around Modica. The price more than acceptable. A B&B to definitely recommend

Small room but equipped with all comforts. Exceptional breakfast with delicious homemade jams and desserts. Savory options are also available. Very kind owner. Strategic position if you don't want to immerse yourself in Modica centre, it is about 5 minutes from Modica centre. Parking available.
