The room was large and clean, and the service was good. It's perfect for people with cars.

There is a large supermarket not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The surrounding is quiet and not noisy. The room is super big and the shower head has a lot of water. The breakfast is very rich and you can make fresh juice yourself.

Beautiful structure, excellent for rest. Well insulated rooms... the only flaw was the ventilation system... that you can't turn it off and it continues to go all night even at minimum.

Fantastic hotel in every way, friendly staff, very clean room and extraordinary services. Not to mention the breakfast, varied and above all abundant selection, and more.!

Sheraton Hotel is very complete in every aspect, especially the breakfast is good, and it is worth the price

A very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very safe. View from top floor is also good. Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. Well connected and a good hotel for stay.

We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby...

Comfortable location with convenient transportation, making it a great base for traveling to the Dolomites. However, for skiing, it's best to choose a location closer to the ski resort, with a commute of at least one hour.

Great location and clean and spacious room with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed.

The staff is wonderful there without exception. Our room was clean and well appointed and the property was convenient to the train station and is right on the main square. Great visit!

Excellent location- 5 minute walk to the train station and right next to Piazza Walther. The hotel is very clean with modern and stylish rooms and and excellent bar.

Room was great as was the breakfast. They even packed me a breakfast/lunch bag to take with me on the last day when I had to leave too early to eat there.

Great staff. Very accomodating and friendly. Upgraded room, very posh. Very comfortable. Near everything including train station. Would stay there again.

We had been looking for an apartment in Bolzano as we wanted more than just a room to sleep in but this hotel was perfect. I could not have wished for anything to be better. The room was spacious with a desk and sofa and a balcony. The pool was beautiful and the food superb.

Incredibly kind and absolutely good breakfast, sometimes hotels can surprise you with the courtesy of the people who work there and this is one of those cases

It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade....

Are already 4 years that I come in this hotel. For the Christmas markets. Convenient with the train stop on the line Merano Brennero and also buses to the centre. Close to THUN. I have always found good. Rooms spacious and warm. If you want there is the restaurant to dine.

They switch off all lights starting from 3 p.m, so you walk into a very dark hotel with a depressing atmosphere. The check-in lady was nice although initially I was given a single bedroom when I booked for a double. I did get my double bedroom, but only after I instated. The rooms are big. I'd rate 3 stars and not 4. The views are good. The location is OK (about a 15min bus ride into bozen). I'd recommend...

Only 15/20 mins on the bus from the centre of Bolzano and you land in this absolutely beautiful hotel surrounded by apple orchards which are perfect for a walk at the start or end of the day.
