The room was large and clean, and the service was good. It's perfect for people with cars.

There is a large supermarket not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The surrounding is quiet and not noisy. The room is super big and the shower head has a lot of water. The breakfast is very rich and you can make fresh juice yourself.

Beautiful structure, excellent for rest. Well insulated rooms... the only flaw was the ventilation system... that you can't turn it off and it continues to go all night even at minimum.

Fantastic hotel in every way, friendly staff, very clean room and extraordinary services. Not to mention the breakfast, varied and above all abundant selection, and more.!

Sheraton Hotel is very complete in every aspect, especially the breakfast is good, and it is worth the price

A very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very safe. View from top floor is also good. Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. Well connected and a good hotel for stay.

We had been looking for an apartment in Bolzano as we wanted more than just a room to sleep in but this hotel was perfect. I could not have wished for anything to be better. The room was spacious with a desk and sofa and a balcony. The pool was beautiful and the food superb.

We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby...

We arrived to a smile from the lovely welcoming receptionist, got to put our motorbikes in a secure parking which was important to us. Cozy stay The sauna and wellness area were great, although at busy times not well maintained, towels would run out etc. Room was comfy and spacious but definitely has some age and wear, lots of scratches on the floor, worn in areas. Bed was nice and the views were amazing.

This is such a hidden gem. Only 15/20 mins on the bus from the centre of Bolzano and you land in this absolutely beautiful hotel surrounded by apple orchards which are perfect for a walk at the start or end of the day. Comfortable location with convenient transportation, making it a great base for traveling to the Dolomites. However, for skiing, it's best to choose a location closer to the ski resort, with a commute of at least one hour.

They switch off all lights starting from 3 p.m, so you walk into a very dark hotel with a depressing atmosphere. The check-in lady was nice although initially I was given a single bedroom when I booked for a double. I did get my double bedroom, but only after I instated. The rooms are big.
