Absolutely amazing! The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are modern and beautiful, the views are stunning, and the food and service are top-notch. There is also a beautiful swimming pool.

DO NOT BOOK this Hotel it is the worst customer care!!! If i could give zero stars i would! This hotel has the absolute worst customer service you can imagine.. I wanted to cancel a booking due to misbooking and the hotel has no understanding for the situation despite times of Corona and difficult times all over the world. On the contrary, the email communication with a certain woman was more than unfriendly and I honestly can not believe the tone in which she wrote. Moreover, my money is gone and I can't get it back. This hotel should really recalibrate its customer focus and consider whether it is still appropriate today to deal with customers in this way. I book everything through booking.com and have never been so disappointed in all my years of travel. Booking.com also can not reach the hotel and they just do not answer on this inquiry. Big warning!

A beautiful place with clean rooms and hospitable staff and owner. Definitely can’t forget the tasty foods. We enjoyed our stay in Mandelhof.
