I stayed here one night in September with my two brothers in a three bed room. We really like this place, the staff was friendly and recommended a restaurant that was great. The room was clean and nice. It was also perfect that we could use the hotels garage even if it was located a couple of hundred meters away.

Stayed 6 nights in this family run hotel. It has to be one of the best we have ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast of quality food, quiet and located right in the centre of Bolzano. The staff and family are extremely friendly, I highly recommend.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Ariston in Bolzano. The Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking is provided in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel in a public area. A simple accommodation, but clean.

I am pleasently surprised with the room. Everything was clean and well equipped. And the location is good, 800m far from downtown. I would visit it again.

It's more a condo than a hotel. Be prepared not to expect much.

This is just a review for the restaurant, went for dinner with the family and had pizzas. Pizzas were just ok and by Italian standards not above fair. The oven is not wood fired and rather a standard electric job. Service was ok, and the wine was very good, but you can find much better pizza if that's what your looking for.

Small hotel in a excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms, not the most modern, has already seen a few years. Yet still a good choice for a short stay. Public transport right beside.

Literally in the city center, close to everywhere.. they let us to put our luggage in the lobby till the check in time, also we can use the communal toilet too, nice hospitality.

Nice enough place. Quiet. Good location. There were some black guys nearby, they were really friendly and helped me find the entrance (which isn't obvious) . Not sure what people felt unsafe about? Maybe they were the wrong colour.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town. It's great to have a locked garage for your bike and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there is a huge construction area right in front of the hotel which of course causes noise (I know, that's not the hotels fault but worth to mention). There is no "do not disturb" sign in the room to let the cleaning staff know if you want service or not...

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are perfectly soundproofed and equipped with the necessary. Very good. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Not too far from the city center. The roads to get to it: very narrow as all others in Bolzano. Parking is free. The view of the mountains is great.

Clean and spacious rooms, reasonably priced breakfast with loads of options. The lobby has all kinds of travel necessities for sale at very reasonable prices as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is professional and cares about guest satisfaction. I requested a change from a single to a twin bed, and they were kind enough to provide a complimentary upgrade to accommodate my needs. The extra space made my stay much more comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Bus stop is nearby, easy for catching the bus. Highly recommended

Exactly what we needed for our vacation; luxury, excellent service and hospitality at a top notch location in beautiful South Tyrol. We had a day a little chill for the season and took the opportunity to try the Spa and Sauna area; I can imagine that a visit out of summer season could be a great experience.
