Hotel Adria in Bolzano

Small hotel in a excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms, not the most modern, has already seen a few years. Yet still a good choice for a short stay. Public transport right beside.

Literally in the city center, close to everywhere.. they let us to put our luggage in the lobby till the check in time, also we can use the communal toilet too, nice hospitality.

Nice enough place. Quiet. Good location.

There were some black guys nearby, they were really friendly and helped me find the entrance (which isn't obvious) .

Not sure what people felt unsafe about? Maybe they were the wrong colour.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town. It's great to have a locked garage for your bike and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there is a huge construction area right in front of the hotel which of course causes noise (I know, that's not the hotels fault but worth to mention). There is no "do not disturb" sign in the room to let the cleaning staff know if you want service or not and although I told the receptionist, they entered the room while I was not there. Please simply put one of these hanging signs for the door handle in every room and nothing to complain anymore ;)
You can buy drinks for fair prices and it is good place to stay on a trip to Bozen.

Very nice small hotel in 2 minutes from station and central Piazza Walther in Bozen. We meet every second weekend with my boyfriend here, because we live in different cities. So this place became our second home for about 8 month for the reason that prices are affordable, rooms and bathroom are always clean (what is very important). I even stayed alone for two occasions during the year here when I had to change residence and I felt always like home here. Any my request was satisfied by a very nice lady who is managing with great attention and accuracy. The owners are managing their hotel themselves in a nice, friendly manner. Please do not be scared if some african guys will greet you upstairs near the park They are absolutely not agressive and if they greet you do not hesitate to respond, it will be appreciated. Few times I left my bicycle donwstairs asking them to look up and they did me this favor taking it very seriously. They told me it is very dissapointing when they say hello and people do not respond or respond rudely. I prefer family business not only for the reason of money, the reason is human relationship and feeling that someone cares of you and respect your needs and time.

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are perfectly soundproofed and equipped with the necessary. The breakfast is plentiful and the owner does everything possible to meet personal tastes, offering additional options of cold cuts and cheeses.
The packaged products are of excellent quality. What I really found priceless is the family welcome, the friendliness and the smile. Thanks so much to all the staff.
