I had a small issue when I arrived; the room was stuffy and hot, around 24°C, and the air conditioning was blocked. I complained and was given the following explanation: 'The temperature varies a lot this time of year, and the air conditioning won't be turned on as per schedule. To turn on the system would be in the coming days.' They advised me to open the windows! I consider this absurd; I rented the room with air conditioning.

Clean and spacious rooms, reasonably priced breakfast with loads of options. The lobby has all kinds of travel necessities for sale at very reasonable prices as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is professional and cares about guest satisfaction. I requested a change from a single to a twin bed, and they were kind enough to provide a complimentary upgrade to accommodate my needs. The extra space made my stay much more comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Bus stop is nearby, easy for catching the bus. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in Bolzano, have free space for parking. Slightly away from the center area but there is a bus stop nearby. Room is clean and spacious.

The stay was okay. The room was comfortable enough, though a bit dated. The staff were polite, and the location was convenient. It’s a decent option for a short stay, but there’s still room to improve :)

This hotel is in a great location — convenient for exploring the western side of the Dolomites without being too far away. The design is minimal and clean, with plenty of parking available. The breakfast is also good, offering a wide variety of options. However, the staff could be more service-minded, as they tend to speak a bit curtly.

I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Bolzano and was very pleased with the overall experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and perfectly clean, with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom that made my stay extra relaxing. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it was easy to get around by car, and there was ample parking available. B&B staff were always friendly and helpful (I stayed at B&B Tre Croci the day before), offering useful tips about exploring Bolzano. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet - it had plenty of options like cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, and handmade orange juice.
