Ariston Apartment in Bolzano

Be careful. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
First of all the service is disgusting. We arrive at 14,20 ring the bell and someone tell us we couldn’t enter in the “hotel” until 14,30. Then after said that the real time for check in was 17:00 even if there was a note in the door saying 14:30.
Service rude , not polite anything I can say is nothing compare to reality.

No heating. Even if O know there are restrictions for gas heating they didn’t wanted to put the electric heating. FREEZING

No pressure in the shower. Impossible to have a shower.
Never again. I paid around 150 euros. Next time I will be better under a bridge for free.

- No hot water in bathroom available
- No room heating available
-Rooms directed to busy intersection, with no sound insulation = extremely loud inside
-Old building type makes you hear exactly what people are talking about in neighbour rooms.

No elevator - if you have heavy suitcase, you have to fight your way up on narrow staircase

No breakfast available - hotel suggests you to use russian bar next doors, which has a poor breakfast offer and people smoke inside :-(

I don't really recommend this hotel if you have an option. There is a real "luigi" at the reception who propably would sell his gradma for 10 euros.

Not much to like. The reception was awful. The room was in downtown Bolzano where there was no restaurant or bar open. Really poor rooms. I would not recommend it to anyone

We came to Bolzano from Innsbruck to visit some friends. Since the city was fully booked for the dates we decided to stay in this "hotel" since there was no other options.

We came at 2 pm on a really hot summer day and there was no one in the reception even they say the service is 24h. We found out in a banner sticker on a second door that the check-in time started at 4 pm!!!

After coming back two hours later and during the check-in the receptionist tried to inform us in a really poor English that the check-out time was at 10 am (...)

The room is pretty basic.

Small and low quality towels, two separate beds that you would need to rebuild every once and then and a shared balcony with the room next to.

If you consider yourself fan of Berlusconi that's your hotel. You couldn't change to any other channel on the TV than the one who shows 24/7 Italians drama queens sponsored by the national Gigolo.

Finally, in the next day morning try to find the exit in a corridor full of dirtt bed sheets, towels and pillows.

We booked a room but the hotel was closed and no one answered the phone
