We spent very relaxing few days here, the hotel has a beautiful location at the wine yards but still close to city center. You can purchase their home-made wine. Amazing garden full of flowers with mountain view and a pool, very friendly hotel owner and staff, super clean rooms. Would love to go there again next time when in Meran!

We were there already in 2014 and were satisfied at the time. At that time there was a person who was very committed to the well-being of the guests. This woman no longer exists.
On September 25, 2020, we asked if we could use the sauna. The only answer was that we look forward to seeing you again.
At check-in we asked about the sauna and got the answer that the sauna was closed due to Covid19. When we checked out we asked to reduce the price for 3 nights to 555 € because of the lack of a sauna.
The owner of the Partane reacted quite angrily, almost choleric, and reduced the price by approx. € 12 after checking the email traffic. He accused us of saying that when we checked in, which we did. We could then have gone to the Meran Therme at his expense. A bottle of our own wine would have been enough and satisfied us.
The house is also getting old, so that 4 stars are no longer justified.
It's a shame, but there are enough alternatives.
