Giovanna, her husband and Nazareno were absolutely fantastic hosts. We were welcomed like family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and Giovanna was available whenever we needed. We will return for sure and would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We loved it!

We had a great stay in Casciana Terme! The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The staff could not be more helpful, and the morning espressos absolute perfection. The hotel is right by the town square, where there are bars and cafes. The thermal spa is very enjoyable, all in all a quiet and delightful weekend away.

A very warm welcome by the reception in this typical Hugh traditional Italian town house. Nice rooms with mediateranean style window blinds. Very nice! I got top recommendations for my day tours and insidertips that only someone from the region knows. Another visit to my favorite hotel in Casciana Terme. I have been coming here since 2014. Giovanna runs an excellent hotel with large, comfortable rooms, good Wifi, and delicious breakfast. There is secure parking (for both autos and motorcycles.) The pool was open and great to either relax by or for a cool swim. We stayed here as part of a Tuscan self guided cycle tour where the accommodation was booked for us. We started and finished our tour of the region here and so stayed two nights. We have often been to Famiglia Bertoli in Tuscany! It's very nice here, you're integrated directly and you feel at home. The structure is very pleasant and the apartments are comfortable and very clean. The perfect pool for both adults and children. Federica and her family are very helpful. The place, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, is perfect for relaxation or to visit the nearby cities.

One of the first agriturismos in the area, and definitely worthy of the name. The place is very quiet, the rooms are spacious and very well-maintained. The pool is large and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The food is homemade, and by that I mean, superb! Kudos to Andrea, his mother, and the entire family who put their heart and soul into it.

On my way to Villa Lena a taxi accidentally dropped me off here. Although we didn't speak the same language she was so kind and helpful getting me to the right place. Her location looked absolutely break taking as well.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. While the workers were friendly, the property was just average. The walls were very thin and we could hear the party going on in the event room all night.

Pros: clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get around when travelling by car. Minor inconvenience: our bathroom was setup for handicapped people and we had to put towels around the shower doors to avoid flooding.

We stayed here in a dome tent for 3 nights. Everyone at the site is really helpful and the site has a very friendly feel to it. We were picked up from the train station by the owner and dropped off again, really kind. The food on site is also delicious and the pool area is clean with plenty of space and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Quiet camping. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated and not very clean, but ok. Prices for a pitch are affordable for Tuscany area. Many cats on the camping. Very good situated to visit cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. All within 1 our drive from the camping.

A beautiful small town at the foot of the mountains, yet within easy reach of Livorno and Pisa. Stayed here as part of a bike tour group. The hotel was very clean, service super friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the pool was a nice relaxing add for after biking. We had such a great stay here! The family room was very cool, clean and comfortable, the staff super-friendly and welcoming and the location really great. Pisa vicinity overnight Amazing wonderful breakfast with homemade baked goods and jam. Only one AC for both rooms, so bedroom was a tad warm. Parking was tricky at first but got easier later in the day. Staff was very engaging and friendly.

The room is perhaps 25 sqm including everything. With a narrow balcony that was towards a quiet part of the street and nice to sit on. Honestly I would call it a small Family room instead of a suite.

We had to spend the night spontaneously in Castiglioncello. The room was cheap, clean and nicely decorated. After the day in the sun we were glad to have a good shower and air conditioner in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful and even prepared a sweet take away breakfast because we had to leave very early. Overall a comfortable and good experience.

Beautiful views and amazing service! Julio was the receptionist, and he was extremely nice. He told us his parents’ bakery provide the fresh pastries for the breakfast every morning (which were delicious). We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautifully kept, and had plenty of space — especially the big bedrooms. The surroundings were so peaceful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. We also loved that the beach and a lovely local restaurant were just a short drive away. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise in Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay in a wonderful new villa. It was a perfect stay! The house was big with a huge kitchenette, great shower and nice beds. There was a hammat and a nice terrace and big garden. It is a great quiet parc.
