B&B L'Arte' in Cascina

The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with all comforts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner, an extraordinary person, clearly cares about welcoming guests. The location is central to the major Tuscan cities. Highly recommended!

The B&B La Torretta is a welcoming establishment, with rooms equipped with every comfort and brightly colored, cozy, and very clean. Even over the phone, when I had to book and arrange my stay, the owner proved to be very helpful with all my needs, always providing me with information on how to get to and from Pisa. When I arrived, I found everything ready for use in the room with a private bathroom and shower. The price, in my opinion, is excellent and also includes breakfast in the morning, and you also have access to a room where you can make coffee, tea, water, etc. whenever you want. I should also add that the coffee machine is equipped with a grinder, thus providing excellent coffee. I must say that the staff, including the cleaning staff, are also very friendly and helpful. The property is strategically located, in my opinion, for reaching Pisa and the Cisanello Hospital, as well as the center of Cascina and the train station, both at Cascina and Pisa Centrale. Public transportation runs approximately every 15 minutes, stopping in both directions directly in front of the property. Furthermore, it's located on a road where you can always find a gas station, bar, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy, and shops within easy reach, without having to use your car. Right next door is Pizzeria Alla Verso, which makes truly excellent traditional Pisan (not Neapolitan) pizza.
A great experience, I highly recommend it.

While visiting relatives, this B&B was recommended to us for our short stay. Rocco, the owner, was very kind and always available. The location is very convenient, although a bit noisy due to its location right on the Tosco Romagnola highway.
The attic rooms are air-conditioned, clean, and equipped with everything you need. I would recommend adding a mirror in the bedroom and refillable dispensers in the bathroom to avoid using plastic. The water dispenser and coffee maker are excellent, always available. Rocco, include your excellent local products for breakfast, and success is guaranteed. Thank you for your hospitality, and we'll see you next time.
