The view over the countryside is absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning.
The owners are friendly and helpful, and even the breakfast is very good by Italian standards and very reasonably priced.
Volterra and the nearest supermarket are about a 20-minute drive through the picturesque countryside.
The pool is cleaned daily, and there are occasional activities by the pool, but nothing disruptive or bothersome.
As long as there is no work being done in the surrounding fields, it is an absolutely peaceful and relaxing place.
I have recommended to all of my friends and families to try this place. It is in a central location with one hour from Pisa, Florence, Siena, and the coastal city Cicena. World heritage site San Gimignano is only 19 km away. Of course, you need to visit Volterra, only 6 km from B&B and on the way, you will enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. Do not forget to play the music on Tuscany (by Andre Rieu) when you drive. We were in heaven on earth.
