I felt welcomed when I arrived with my bike while doing the Tuscany Trail. The checkin was very smooth, in a perfect french. The breakfast was good, many options, vegetarian milk. I really would stay there again, especially with the fair price I paid.

Livia was amazing and made me feel very welcomed. She has great customer service skills and showed me where places were on the map. The room and bathroom was spacious.

A really lovely comfortable hotel in a great location with onsite parking at a small cost. Friendly professional staff. Breakfast and restaurant areas need an upgrade and the chairs not so comfortable. The room was quiet and comfortable but very warm. Apparently aircon was off because of the season but the room needed to be cooler, unfortunately I had an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Lovely hotel with a true old palace feel. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was large with two comfortable beds as requested. The hotel has a very nice restaurant for dinner as well as a large breakfast room with a delicious breakfast buffet. The property has an outdoor pool and ample outdoor seating as well as a parking lot. We did not use the spa. We would definitely return.

One night stay Clean room and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the only heads-up I would give is that the front desk is not staffed all the time so there are only specific hours that you are able to have assistance at the desk.

We stayed here for one night upon our arrival in Italy for a two week vacation. The location can’t be beat as it is right in the heart of the older part of the city and you can walk everywhere. Not sure about the hotel but the restaurant is awesome. Great food, very welcoming people, fast service, good wine. The food is sooooi good. Ask the boss for recommendation he has good smiley advice!!
