It's a beautiful and relaxing place with panoramic views and a good pool with comfortable sunbeds. Be careful while choosing the room because not all rooms look freshly renovated. I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel. Perfect for a refreshing dip or just unwinding under the sun. This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

The breakfast had lovely pastries, fruit and cheese. Staff were friendly. The view - stunning.

The coffee line is very long. You may want to consider having two coffee machines in two separate locations in the cafeteria to resolve this problem.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The breakfast, location- view from our room we couldn’t ask for more. The staff were awesome they did everything I even questioned if they ever went home - they work very hard and do many different duties. I would stay here again in a minute.

The views from the property were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site but we only had breakfast there and ate out the other evenings. We were there for 3 nights. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center. The wifi was steong.

The room for two people is very small and you need to be strategic on how to walk around the room while also accessing two middle size pieces of luggage because there is not room to keep the luggage on the floor without tripping. Wonderful small inn renovation from a stone building with deluxe amenities and facilities including a small pool. Easy parking and a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to San Gimignano. Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! An amazing stay, we could not have asked for a better experience. Great location for exploring the hill towns. The staff and property were amazing. This was a gem of a Hotel in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Great base to be able to explore the area. Our stay at Mormoraia was truly unforgettable. Our patio and room faced the city of San Gimignano and it was breathtaking. The food was incredible (the truffle pasta was my go-to each night). We did the lunch + wine tasting and were so glad we decided to do it. I cannot recommend Mormoraia enough - we will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful property, but unfortunately we didn’t feel very welcomed by most of the staff. The only person who made us feel truly welcomed was the one who checked us in. We stayed at Molino di Foci for the second time. We love the small boutique hotel, friendly atmosphere and nice food. At Molino you can relax and they make you feel like a real guest.

I have been to Tuscany many times and I dare to say that Roberto Viani and his charming family are one of the best hosts in Tuscany. They are kind and helpful, Paola prepares a delicious breakfast. This Bed & Breakfast has beautiful views of San Gimignano, the owners are kind people who are very helpful in providing advice on where to go. the location is quiet and private. It is a short 10 minute walk to San Gimignano. Our room was plenty big and the bathroom/shower and a good size. Breakfast every morning was different, providing good variety you do not get at a standard hotel.

Very helpful and friendly service during check in. Bad smell coming from bathroom but resolved after leaving windows open for an hour. The parking at 91m is NOT free as stated in the description. It is a paying public carpark. The free parking is 10 mins walking distance from the hotel.

We rented two rooms and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and we had a common area with a kitchen and dinning area joining the rooms like a little apartment. The city is very hilly and to reach it from the hotel is an uphill walk but it is very close to everything. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. We parked in the P4 lot and you can walk but it is a bit far with luggage.

She did not want to do the check in until 3:00 o’clock, and I approached her at 2:50. ******* has the check in at 2:30 pm.
