Very beautiful room, garden for breakfast, and location. Friendly staff that speaks really good French!
It's recommended to drive the car first to leave the bags then park it further down.
Unfortunately the promised comfort wasn't fully realized due to the street right below the room: the occasional passing car is quite noisy because of the poor road.

We had a lovely stay. The room was large and comfortable and the wifi was good. Breakfast is the garden is simple but good. You can order cappuccino but only one, any more and you must pay. Bit a problem, one euro I think. We parked in the large parking lot below the b&b which is a free parking. There are some Stairs in the building.

Very quaint, many levels up and down, I had 5 keys to enter at top above the bridge, part way off the ramp, and even at the bottom into the beautiful garden. My room was also on 2 levels with spacious bath at bottom and marble steps up to room with queen bed, brick arch, window onto the garden, even a comfy reading chair with lamp. All beautifully appointed yet very authentic with all open brick. It almost felt like an apartment. Breakfast had eggs, cereal, yogurt, delicious pain au chocolate, espresso, melon, tart, granola.....and on and on!

Stunning property in a cute hilltop town. Garden with tables and lounge chairs to have breakfast or hang out in the evenings. The rooms have nice details and good quality beds.

This was a typical room with a private bath in a remodeled 13th or 14th century building. The reception entrance is on a top floor accessible from the bridge. It's perfect for a night's rest on the VIA Francigena. There were no places to have breakfast nearby, but the b&b does offer breakfast for 5 euros. There are many B&Bs here that do not offer breakfast at all. My favorite feature here was the instant hot water.

A beautiful renovated historical building in a great location, right at the gate of the old quarter.
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with great view of the old town and the surrounding Toscan landscape.
Breakfast is fresh and tasty.
We got very helpful recommendations from the owners, who were extremely kind and nice.

Truly excellent B&B, we stayed for 6 nights. Could not have hoped for a better place to stay. The house is super central in the beautiful old city center of Colle val'd Elsa, which is NOT overcrowded with tourists.
The staff is super nice, speaks english, has good advice what to do and is available almost the whole day. On each floor (only 3 -4 rooms each) there is a small kitchen with a fridge anddishes and , which can be used by everyone. Decent Wines and Grappa from the city are there for a very fair price. The breakfast would be ok for a small hotel, for an italian B&B it's quite amazing. You may even eat in the small garden, surrounded by the old city buildings.
I can just honestly recommend this place and also the city in general, if you don't want to walk through crowded streets all the time.

Bellisimo!! Beautiful place! breath-taking back drop, and scenery. What a wonderful, well presented bed and breakfast. Very relaxing, clean and stunning all around. Alicia is an excellent hostess and very polite and helpful. Service is immaculate. Everything is perfect! Arnolfo's food is inspiring! Always showcasing the best of their own local produce and products, the presentation is divine! Extensive wine list with amazing choices..the sommelier is highly skilled and very experienced. Arnolfo's is a Tuscan jewel.

We have spent 5 nights in this charming small hotel. Everything was perfect, the air conditioned big room (for 3 persons), the breakfast room with the garden terrace, the whole ambient... The personal was very kind and helpful. The location is also ideal: Colle di Val d'Elsa is a very beautiful little old town, near to San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Siena. Firenze is also about 40 minutes by car. To find a parking place was sometimes not easy, but the parking lots at the West side in the valley are also near. Also a lot of good restaurant nearby. I recommend this hotel for everyone! Thanks to the hotel again for the hospitality!
