Really enjoyable stay and very nice treatment availability. The staff is absolutely amazing! Very nice and positive stay!

Nice hotel. Pretty good location. The grounds and pool area are excellent. If you swim in the pool, they require you to wear a swim cap. Water is very warm and pleasant.
The food in the restaurant is mediocre. We are East European traditions. Breakfast very limited choice, except for pastry (a lot) At dinner you order from the daily menu, but the choices are limited (see pictures). The salad bar is where you actually have options, which is helpful. I was surprised at how much sugar they put in their pastries—they are all overly sweet. I assume their Chef has never worked in a private restaurant; otherwise, it would go out of business quickly. If they want to call it Italian cuisine, this is the worst version of it, include their different types of macaroni, sprinkled with a little bit of kind of souse. I was surprised that Italians do not eat any kind of soups. So you have option to order pure-soup. At dinner, you have to buy even water. I compared it to Karlovy Vary. We ordered the breakfast and dinner meal option, which was more than enough.
Entertainment (couples dancing) is offered on Thursday and Friday evenings after dinner. In the room only refrigerator - nothing complimentary. We booked a two-week package that included 14 medical treatments (mud therapy and massage) for each person. The Wi-Fi signal is limited—it only works inside the hotel and is not available at the outside pool area or in front of the building.

Avoid booking rooms with mountain views. The water treatment boilers located beneath the windows are noisy. Furthermore, neighboring buildings block the mountain views.

Friendly and approachable staff in every area; Room 412 is spacious with balcony; cleaning every day and linen changing every 3 days; Food is excellent quality and to everyone’s taste and well as wines list; Spa area with great choice of treatments and procedures and swimming pools with thermal water.

The daily cleaning of the rooms was excellent. The work of the waiters in the restaurant and bar is beyond praise. The service personnel at the reception are very polite and kind-hearted.

Perfect for solo travellers, clean, safe and centrally located. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, very professional therapists. Friendly water service in restaurant, always with smile and helpful. Delicious food. Comfortable bed. Everything I needed for a comfy stay. Great value!

We liked everything, the rooms and the hotel in general were clean and spacious. But the best experience was in the pool, with hot water and massage. We will definitely come back here again.

What a wonderful place! We couldn't have asked for more. The staff was super friendly, the rooms spotless and the spa/pool services were perfect. I can't say enough good things about the food too! Overall an incredible value and we hope to return.
