Esplanade Tergesteo - Luxury Retreat in Montegrotto Terme

I have already stayed at this hotel several times, and every time it confirms itself as an exceptional place. The services are truly high-level and make you feel completely at home from the very first moment. The spa is wonderful and allows you to enjoy a truly complete and regenerating relaxation experience. Pepita Restaurant is also excellent: outstanding dishes, impeccable service, and a high-quality wine selection that perfectly complements the menu. The rooms have a modern style that feels warm and welcoming, designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Cocktails at the Gold Bar are also of a very high standard; the bartender guided me through different cocktails, all fantastic and perfectly crafted. What really makes the difference is the staff, always available, professional, and welcoming, always with a genuine smile. I truly feel at home every time I stay here. I will definitely keep coming back with great pleasure. This is my top recommendation for anyone looking for pure relaxation combined with luxury-level service.

We were utterly surprised about having to pay the full amount of cost for our stay before arrival this time. Previously we always made a down-payment at booking + paid the rest at check-out. This change of your policy is: 1st most unusual & annoying, 2nd you should at least inform guests beforehand about this new policy. I've not found the slightest hint about it in any of the papers I found. You received my creditCard# at booking & that should suffice ＜- as it usually does in other hotels. Not to forget we've been guests at the Esplanade Tergesteo for many years! We were very pleased with the new Chef's dinners (mind you cabbage was on the menu a tad too often). We'd like to suggest to offer cheeses from a trolley rather then bringing a standard amount (& the same selection!) to the table every evening. More variation would be nice. Breakfast could do with a bit more variation as well, though the selection is large it sadly was the very same each of our 9 mornings. Some dark (wholemeal) bread would be greatly appreciated :-). A true 5* resort with the most interesting indoor/outdoor thermal pool in the area. Excellent spa treatments and a sumptous breakfast buffet. Helpful, courteous and multi-lingual staff were always available to help without being invasive.

This is a elegant hotel and spa tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Lovely pools to swim in with bubbling jets of water. Pretty manicured lawns and chaise are dispersed for privacy. There is one formal restaurant that is very glamorous and a sexy bar next-to it that probably is perfectly cozy for colder months. A more casual café also serving Italian food gives onto a patio near the pool. Breakfast is bountiful and all choices tasty. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are clean. The spa offers a huge variety of treatments some medical, some esthetic and some soothing can be chosen w an on staff professional nurse. . Separately ask about the Japanese sauna fanning experience. There's also a huge indoor pool. My only wish is that an attendant was there at the podium to make bookings for spa which is a bit difficult to get to in a bathing suit.. The pools are fed by a hot spring making this a go to experience in the colder months. Though the summer is lovely and quiet and only 15 minutes from Padua.

Really nice pool area and amazing breakfast! We did not receive the promised VIP amenity or upgrade and the staff in the reception didn't know what we were talking about. We were told we could only get VIP amenity when we book directly through hotel.

We were very happy to stay again at the Tergesteo. The excellent restaurants have stepped up to the next level compared to our previous stay two years ago. The service, amenities, friendliness are top level. A very fine and relaxing experience altogether.

A very special place. The staff is friendly, helpful and smart, cuisine is absolutely outstanding, rooms were modern, fantastic decor and with every amenity you would want. Pools are high tech, perfect and huge. Great experience at the spa. Public areas inside and out are truly beautiful. Really at the top of the game. The chef in their restaurant has a rare ability to create amazing favors that feature the essence of the top quality ingredients more than spices. Very special. Also the breakfast buffet is top notch.

Our stay was perfect. The staff are really attentive to details. The room was nice. The best part was the pools/saunas! I would go here again!

If you're looking for a relaxing SPA weekend, don't miss this place! It's the best hotel. Restaurant and SPA in the area. We selected the half board pension that included a great breakfast and a really delicious dinner 🍽 a must!

Excellent structure, well cared for in every detail and very clean. Excellent service throughout. We selected half board and were very satisfied, 5***** to the chef for all of the excellent dinners. Convenient location for short outings to discover local wineries. We will definitely return.
